Abstract

This article examines the position of constitutional law within both domestic and international legal systems, highlighting the theoretical foundations of monistic and dualistic doctrines. It also discusses their influence on state sovereignty, constitutional supremacy, and the processes of implementing international norms into national legislation. The topic is increasingly relevant in the context of global integration, the growing number of international treaties, and ongoing constitutional reforms worldwide.
