Abstract

The process of formation and development trends of the real estate market of Uzbekistan are also discussed, and these problems are analyzed in depth. The real estate market is an important component of the country's economy, which includes the sale, rental, investment and management of residential, commercial and industrial properties. The economic significance of this market in the conditions of Uzbekistan, the role of state policy, the existing legislative framework and foreign experience are studied. Also, the main problems encountered in the development of the real estate market are separately analyzed - limited financing, insufficient digital infrastructure, uncertainties in legislation and investment problems. As effective solutions to these problems, the introduction of digital platforms, the creation of an electronic monitoring system, simplification of mortgage lending mechanisms and expansion of tax incentives for foreign investors are proposed.
