This article investigates the determination of the optimal irrigation regime for mung bean (Vigna radiata L.) varieties in grassy alluvial soils of the Bukhara region. The research focused on experimental plots of grassy alluvial soils, analyzing their physical and chemical properties, water retention capacity, and the water requirements of different mung bean varieties. During the study, the irrigation frequency and volume for each variety were established, and the efficiency of various irrigation methods, including drip irrigation, surface irrigation, and canal irrigation, was compared. The results demonstrated that the optimal irrigation regime significantly increases crop yield, ensures efficient use of water resources, and helps maintain soil fertility. These findings provide a scientific basis for optimizing mung bean cultivation practices, establishing a sustainable irrigation system, and promoting ecologically efficient farming in the region.References
