This study examines the role of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the life of society and its significance as a guarantee for ensuring a free and prosperous life. The research explores the main principles of the Constitution, its role in state governance, its functions in protecting human rights and freedoms, and its impact on the development of civil society. Furthermore, the content of constitutional reforms and their importance in strengthening political stability, economic development, and social well-being are analyzed. The conducted scientific research demonstrates the strategic role of the Constitution in modern state-building and confirms its reliability as a legal foundation for future development.References
