Abstract

This article analyzes modern pedagogical methodologies that foster independent thinking among university students. It examines interactive teaching methods, problem-based learning, project-based instruction, case-study approaches, ICT integration, and critical thinking strategies. The study highlights the factors, conditions, and mechanisms necessary for developing students’ intellectual independence in higher education.
