Abstract

This article explores the impact of excessive gadget use on brain activity and human health, focusing on cognitive functions and psychological well-being. Prolonged use of mobile devices, computers, and tablets negatively affects cognitive processes, memory, attention, thinking speed, and sleep quality. Excessive screen dependence contributes to neurological and psychological issues, including stress, anxiety, fatigue, reduced concentration, and emotional instability. The article also discusses strategies for managing gadget use, protecting brain health, and developing healthy digital habits, supported by contemporary medical and psychological research.
