Abstract

This thesis explores effective pedagogical methods for teaching the underarm passing (forearm pass) technique in volleyball to school-aged students. It examines biomechanical foundations, stages of motor skills formation, age-specific characteristics, methodological principles, instructional strategies, and practice-based recommendations. The paper emphasizes the importance of systematic approach, progressive skill development, and educational technologies in improving students’ technical proficiency and physical readiness. The study aims to enhance teaching quality in school volleyball programs and support students’ motor competence and sports engagement.
