Abstract

This article analyzes the issues of improving the mechanisms of judicial control over operational search measures in the Republic of Uzbekistan in the context of international standards and best practices. The article analyzes the practice of the European Court of Human Rights, the experiences of the USA and Germany, as well as the reform processes in the judicial system of Uzbekistan. The results indicate the need to strengthen judicial control over operational search measures, improve the mechanisms for protecting individual rights and freedoms.
