This article discusses the role of document language and speech culture in modern management processes. It analyzes the need for documents to be structured in accordance with the requirements of official style, clarity, conciseness, logic, and adherence to stylistic standards on a scientific basis. Also, factors such as adherence to literary language standards in official business, avoiding repetition, redundancy, and ambiguity in the text of documents, and the correct use of terms and expressions are indicated as important indicators of speech culture. The article provides suggestions and comments on ensuring efficiency in departmental communication and facilitating the management process by improving the quality of document language.References
