THE CONSTITUTION - THE GUARANTEE OF A FREE AND PROSPEROUS LIFE

This scientific article analyzes the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan as a legal foundation guaranteeing the principles of a free and prosperous life. The new Constitution examines the rights and freedoms of man and citizens, their guarantees and their role in ensuring equality. In addition, constitutional norms and their mechanisms reflected in laws are examined through examples. The main purpose of the article is to shed light on the importance of the Constitution in guaranteeing the free and prosperous life of citizens from a scientific and legal perspective.
