This article analyzes the historical development of traditional medicine among Turkic peoples, focusing on its main healing methods and their scientific foundations. The study examines practices such as herbal therapy, spiritual rituals, massage, and bone-setting, as well as their compatibility with modern medical approaches. The paper also outlines the contemporary relevance of traditional Turkic medicine, its role in disease prevention, and its contribution to healthy lifestyle practices. The author provides a personal perspective on the importance of these traditions in today’s society.References
