Abstract

Ushbu tadqiqotda biz hozirgi kunda qo’llaniladigan zamonaviy ta’limda ko’p vektorli yondashuvlar asosida ta’lim sifatini oshirish maqsadida yangi innovatsion psixologik yondashuvlarga asoslangan holda psixologik treninglardan foydalanish bo’yicha g’oya va takliflarimizni keltirib o’tganmiz. Annotatsiya. Ushbu tadqiqotda biz hozirgi kunda qo’llaniladigan zamonaviy ta’limda ko’p

vektorli yondashuvlar asosida ta’lim sifatini oshirish maqsadida yangi innovatsion psixologik

yondashuvlarga asoslangan holda psixologik treninglardan foydalanish bo’yicha g’oya va

takliflarimizni keltirib o’tganmiz. Zamonaviy ta’limda pedagogik va psixologik yondashuvlarga

asoslangan holda talabalarning kolloborativ ko’nikmalarini oshirish bo’yicha psixologik

metodlardan foydalanish imkoniyatlari mavjud. Bu imkoniyatlardan foydalanilgan holda psixologik

treninglarni qo’llashni ta’limning zamonaviy usuli sifatida foydalanish orqali zamonaviy ta’lim

mexanizmlarini ishlab chiqganmiz.

UNDERSTANDING THE BASICS OF PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAINING AND

PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAINING THAT IMPROVES STUDENTS' COLLABORATIVE

SKILLS

Abstract. In this study, we have presented our ideas and proposals on the use of

psychological training based on new innovative psychological approaches in order to improve the

quality of education based on multi-vector approaches currently used in modern education. In

modern education, there are opportunities to use psychological methods to improve students'

collaborative skills based on pedagogical and psychological approaches. Using these opportunities,

we have developed modern educational mechanisms by using psychological training as a modern

method of education.

ПСИХОЛОГИЧЕСКОЙ ПОДГОТОВКИ, КОТОРАЯ УЛУЧШАЕТ НАВЫКИ

СОТРУДНИЧЕСТВА СТУДЕНТОВ

Аннотация. В данном исследовании мы представили наши идеи и предложения по

использованию психологического тренинга на основе новых инновационных психологических

подходов в целях повышения качества образования на основе многовекторных подходов,

используемых в настоящее время в современном образовании. В современном образовании

существуют возможности использования психологических методов для совершенствования

навыков сотрудничества учащихся, основанные на педагогических и психологических

подходах. Используя эти возможности, мы разработали современные образовательные

механизмы, используя психологический тренинг как современный метод обучения.

Ключевые слова: Психологическая подготовка, психологи-тренеры, психологические

подходы, совместное обучение, психологический потенциал, образование, педагогические

исследования.

KIRISH

Talabalar o'rtasida hamkorlik (kolloborativ) ko'nikmalarini rivojlantirish zamonaviy

ta'limda muhim ahamiyatga ega, chunki jamoaviy ish va guruhlarda muammolarni hal qilish ham

akademik, ham professional sharoitlarda muhim ahamiyatga ega. Ushbu maqola ko'p vektorli

yondashuvni amalga oshirish orqali hamkorlik qobiliyatlarini oshirish uchun mo'ljallangan

pedagogik mexanizmlarni o'rganadi. Ko'p vektorli usul turli xil ta'lim strategiyalariga urg'u beradi,

bu o'quvchilarga dinamik, interaktiv ta'lim jarayonlarida qatnashish imkonini beradi. Birgalikda

o'rganish, tengdoshlarning o'zaro ta'siri va fanlararo vazifalar kabi elementlarni birlashtirgan holda,

bu yondashuv talabalarning samarali hamkorlik qilish qobiliyatini rivojlantiradi. Tadqiqotimiz

davomida, shuningdek, ushbu jarayonlarni osonlashtirish, muloqot, ijodkorlik va tanqidiy fikrlash

rivojlanadigan muhitni targ'ib qilishda o'qituvchilarning roli ko'rib chiqiladi. Ko'p vektorli

yondashuvdan amaliy foydalanish talabalarning hamkorlikdagi ko'nikmalariga ijobiy ta'sir

ko'rsatadi, ularni kelajakdagi martabalarida haqiqiy muammolarni hal qilish uchun samarali bo’ladi.

Ushbu tadqiqot psixologik trening va pedagogik usullar orqali talabalarning hamkorlik

ko'nikmalarini oshirishga bag'ishlangan. Ta’limda ko‘p vektorli yondashuvlarga asoslangan yangi

tizim yaratishda hamkorlikda o‘qitish usullaridan foydalanish maqsadga muvofiq, deb hisoblaymiz.

yanada oshiramiz. Ushbu tadqiqot orqali biz guruhlar va jamoaviy ta'limning eng samarali usulini

ko'rib chiqdik. Bu o‘quvchilarning egallagan bilimlarini eslab qolish qobiliyatini oshiradi, erkin

fikrlash, mulohaza yuritish, qaror qabul qilishga yordam beradi, degan fikrni ilgari surdik. Ushbu

o‘rganish davomida biz talabalar bilan psixologik trening orqali suhbatlar o‘tkazdik va talabalarning

fikrlarini tingladik. Psixologik tadqiqotlarda ta'limda ko'p vektorli psixologik treninglar faol va

hamkorlikda o'rganish bo'yicha tadqiqotlarning qisqacha nazariy sharhini taqdim etadi. Ushbu o'quv

shakllarining ta'riflari berilgan. Faol va hamkorlikda o'qitish shakllarining asosiy xususiyatlari

sanab o'tilgan. Hamkorlik bilan o'qitishda qo'llaniladigan o'quv faoliyati turlari sanab o'tilgan:

munozara, tengdoshlar bilan o'rganish, muammolarni hal qilish, birgalikda yozish, o'yinlar.

Birgalikda o'qitish samaradorligining mumkin bo'lgan sabablari ko'rsatilgan: ijtimoiy-

psixologik omillar va kognitiv ishtirokning yuqori darajasini ta'minlash qobiliyatini oshiradi. Ushbu

tadqiqotlarga asoslangan holda talabalarning kolloborativ ko’nikmalarini oshirish bo’yicha

zamonaviy pedagogik metodlarga asoslangan tadqiqotlarni amalda qo’llash va psixologik

treninglarni tashkillashtirish bo’yicha ma’lumotlar keltirilgan. Psixologik trening mashg'ulotlarida

ishlatiladigan turli xil psixologik mashqlar, o’qituvchilarning o’qitish texnikalar va pedagogik

metodlarni tashkil qilishda psixologlar texnikalarning xilma-xilligiga qaramay, bir nechta asosiy

psixologik trening usullarida uslubiy muammolarni ajratib ko'rsatish mumkin. Ularning ko’pchiligi

kolloborativ ta’lim (ya’ni talabalar guruh bo’lib kolloborativ ta’lim jarayonida) an'anaviy ravishda

guruhli bahs va vaziyatli rolli muzokaralarni o'z ichiga oladi. Bundan tashqari, tadqiqotchilar –

psixologik treningning uslubiy muammolarini bartaraf etuvchi nazariyotchilari va psixolog

amaliyotchilari, shaxslararo sezgirlikni o'rgatish orqali o'zini psixofiziologik boshqarishga

asoslangan metodlar, shu jumladan jamaoviy holda kolloborativ ta’limda talabalarning idrok etishga

qaratilgan sezgirlikni oshirish kabi mashg’ulotlarni treningning asosiy usullari qatoriga qo'shishni

taklif qilishadi. Shuningdek, psixologik trening ishlarida meditative metodlar va ogohlantiruvchi

(o'z-o'zini gipnoz qilishni o'rgatish uchun) metodlardan foydalanish pedagog-psixologlarga tavsiya

etiladi. Psixologik treninglarni tashkil etish asosan tayyorgarlikda guruhdagi munozara - bu har

qanday munozarali masalani birgalikda (kolloborativ) muhokama qilish, bu to'g'ridan-to'g'ri

muloqot jarayonida guruh a'zolarining fikrlari, pozitsiyalari va munosabatlarini aniqlashtirishga

(ehtimol o'zgarishga, muloxaza qilish, erkin fikrlarni yuritish) imkon beradi. Ta’lim tizimida

kolloborativ ko’nikmalarni oshiruvchi psixologik treningdan foydalanish talabalarning

dunyoqarashini shakllantirishga yordam beradi degan fikrlarni ilgari suramiz. Ta’limda ko‘p

vektorli yondashuvlarga asoslangan yangi tizim yaratishda hamkorlikda o‘qitish usullaridan

foydalanish maqsadga muvofiq, deb hisoblaymiz.

O‘quvchilarning dunyoqarashini shakllantirish, hamkorlik ko‘nikmalarini oshirish,

psixologik treninglar orqali bilimlarini mustahkamlash orqali ta’lim samaradorligini yanada

oshiramiz. Ushbu tadqiqot orqali biz guruh va jamoaviy ta'limning eng samarali usulini ko'rib

chiqdik. Bu o‘quvchilarning olgan bilimlarini eslab qolish qobiliyatini oshiradi, erkin fikrlash, fikr

yuritish, qaror qabul qilishga yordam beradi, degan fikrni ilgari surdik. Ushbu o‘rganish davomida

talabalar bilan psixologik treninglar orqali suhbatlar o‘tkazdik va ularning fikrlarini tingladik. Unga

asosan oliy ta’limda ko’p vektorlarga asoslangan holda psixologik treninglar va pedagogik metodlar

orqali talabalarning kolloborativ ko’nikmalarini oshirish bo’yicha zamonaviy metodlarni qo’llash

bo’yicha ma’lumotlar keltirilgan. Zamonaviy ta’lim institutlarini yaratish bosqichlari orqali

ta’limning innovatsion g’oyalar, zamonaviy psixologik treninglar orqali uyg’unlashishi orqali

samarali ta’lim dasturiga erishishimiz mumkin. Talabalarning kolloborativ ko’nikmalarini oshirish

orqali, dunyoqarashini shakllantirish, ma’naviyatli-ma’rifatli yosh avlod sifatida tarbiyalashimiz,

mustaqil fikr bildirish qobiliyatlarini oshirishimiz, erkin qaror qabul qilish ko’nikmalarini

oshirishimiz va komil insonlar qilib tarbiyalashimizga sharoitlar yaratadi desak yanglishmaymiz.

Treningda guruh muhokamasidan ishtirokchilarga psixologik treninglarda kelib chiqqan

muammoni har xil nuqtai nazardan qarash imkoniyatini berish uchun ham foydalanishi mumkin (bu

o'zaro rahbarlik va guruhning boshqa a'zolaridan yangi ma'lumotni qabul qilishga qarshilikni

kamaytiradigan o'zaro pozitsiyalarni aniqlaydi) va individual tahlil orqali guruhni aks ettirishning

psixologik uslubiy mummoni bartaraf etish usuli sifatida amalga oshiriladi. Natijada ushbu tajriba

guruhning birligini kuchaytiradi va shu bilan birga ishtirokchilarni o'zining olamini namoyon

qilishga yordam beradi. Kolloborativ ta’limda psixologik treninglarni amalga oshirishda guruh

muhokamasi shakllarini tasniflash uchun turli sabablar mavjud degan fikrdamiz. Strukturali

muhokamalarda psixologik treningda uslubiy muammolar kelib chiqishining asosiy sabablari

muhokama mavzusi belgilanadi va ba'zan ularning tartibi aniq tartibga solinadi. Tuzilmagan

munozaralar olib boruvchining passiv psixologik uslubiy muammo metodikasi roli bilan ajralib

turadi, ularning mavzulari o’zlari xohlaganicha tanlanadi, munozara vaqti rasmiy ravishda

cheklanmagan holda psixologik trening shartlari jamoa qoidalari tushintiriladi. Bundan tashqari,

Psixologik treningda psixologlar tematik munozaralarni ko'rib chiqish mumkin, bunda

treningning barcha ishtirokchilari uchun muhim bo'lgan mavzular muhokama qilinadi; o'tmish

tajribasiga asoslangan biografik; guruh a'zolarining o'zaro munosabatlarining tuzilishi va mazmuni

bo'lgan interfaol usullar, pedagogik-psixologik asoslangan manbalardan foydalaniladi. Munozara

usullari turli xil vaziyatlarni tahlil qilishda, mashg'ulot qatnashchilari hayoti yoki hayotidan,

psixolog tomonidan taklif qilingan shaxslararo o'zaro munosabatlardagi murakkab vaziyatlarni

tahlil qilishda va boshqa holatlarda psixologik metodlar qo'llaniladi. O'yin usullariga situatsion rol

o'ynash, didaktik, ijodiy, tashkiliy-faollik, taqlid, ishbilarmonlik o'yinlari kiradi. Treningda o'yin

usullaridan foydalanish, ko'plab tadqiqotchilarning fikriga ko'ra juda samarali hisoblanadi. Guruh

(kolloborativ holatda) ishining birinchi bosqichida o'yinlar ishtirokchilarning ruxiy tushkunlik va

aqliy zo'riqishini yengish uchun, psixologik himoyani og'riqsiz olib tashlashning sharti sifatida

foydalidir. Psixologik treningga asoslangan o'yin usuli juda tez-tez ehtiyotkorlik bilan, muloqot

qiyinchiliklari va jiddiy psixologik muammolar mavjudligini osongina aniqlashga imkon beradigan

diagnostikalarga asoslangan holda o'z-o'zini diagnostika qilish vositasiga aylanadi.

Xulosa

Kolloborativ ta’limning zamonaviy bosqichlari sifatida pedagogik metodlarni va psixologik

treninglarni qo’llash bo’yicha ma’lumotlar keltirib o’tildi. Biz zamonaviy ta’lim dasturlariga

asoslangan holda talabalarning kolloborativ ko’nikmalarini oshirishda psixologik treninglardan

foydalanishning ahamiyati haqida bo’ladi.

Tadqiqotimiz davomida o’qituvchining pedagogik mahorati va psixologik salohiyatidan

kelib chiqqan holatda, psixologik treninglarni tashkillashtirish qoidalari haqida ma’lumotlar

berilgan. Shuningdek psixologik treningni talabalar guruhiga nisbatan qo’llash, shu jumladan

talabalarning psixlogik metodlat orqali bilimlarini kengaytirish bo’yicha ko’rsatmalar berib

borilgan. Agarda psixologik treninglarni shu ko’rsatmalar bo’yicha tashkillashtirsa, ta’limda yuqori

natijalarga erishgan holda, talabalarni salohiyatli, barkamol avlod, aqilli, tarbiyali yoshlar sifatida

komil insonlar bo’lib yetishishida o’z xissamizni qo’shgan bo’lamiz.
