Annotatsiya.

Mazkur tezisda psixologik treninglar jarayonida guruhlar bilan ishlashning

ilmiy-psixologik asoslari, samarali muloqotni tashkil etish qoidalari, ishtirokchilar o‘rtasidagi

o‘zaro ta’sir mexanizmlari, shuningdek, ijtimoiy-psixologik holatlarni boshqarish tamoyillari

keng tahlil qilinadi.

Guruhli treninglarning samaradorligi ko‘p jihatdan ishtirokchilarning o‘zaro ishonchi,

xavfsiz kommunikativ muhit, individual va kollektiv faoliyatni uyg‘unlashtirish qobiliyatiga

bog‘liq bo‘lgan holda, bu tezis aynan shu omillarni ilmiy nuqtai nazardan asoslab beradi.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE BASIC REQUIREMENTS FOR WORKING WITH

GROUPS IN PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAINING

Abstract.

This thesis provides a comprehensive analysis of the scientific and psychological

foundations of working with groups in the process of psychological training, the rules for

organizing effective communication, the mechanisms of interaction between participants, as well

as the principles of managing socio-psychological situations.

Since the effectiveness of group training largely depends on the mutual trust of

participants, a safe communicative environment, and the ability to combine individual and

collective activities, this thesis substantiates these factors from a scientific point of view.

KIRISH

Psixologik treninglar zamonaviy psixologik amaliyotda inson salohiyatini ochish,

shaxslararo munosabatlarni mustahkamlash, psixologik muammolarni yechish va ijtimoiy

moslashuvni yengillashtirishda keng qo‘llanilayotgan samarali usullardan biridir. Ayniqsa, guruh

shaklidagi treninglar – bu nafaqat individual, balki kollektiv ong va xatti-harakatlarni o‘zgartirish,

ijtimoiy tajriba almashinuvi, hamkorlik madaniyati, empatiya va muloqotni rivojlantirish imkonini

beruvchi psixologik maydon hisoblanadi. Shu nuqtai nazardan, psixologik treninglarda guruhlar

bilan ishlash nafaqat texnik jihat, balki murakkab psixologik jarayon bo‘lib, o‘ziga xos qoidalar

va mexanizmlarga asoslanadi.

ASOSIY QISM

Guruh bilan ishlashda birinchi navbatda psixologik xavfsizlik muhitini shakllantirish zarur.

Trening ishtirokchilari faqat o‘zlarini baholanmaslik, tanqid qilinmaslik, fikrlari inkor

etilmaslik kafolatini his qilgan taqdirdagina, o‘z emotsiyalari, tajribalari va qarashlarini erkin

ifodalash imkoniyatiga ega bo‘ladilar. Shuning uchun trener guruhda axloqiy mezonlar asosida

maxfiylikni ta’minlash, mulohaza qilishda bag‘rikenglik, o‘zaro hurmat va samimiylik

tamoyillariga qat’iy rioya qilinadigan ijtimoiy-psixologik muhitni barpo etishi shart.

Ikkinchi muhim qoida bu — guruh a’zolarining faol ishtirokini rag‘batlantirishdir.

Treningda passiv kuzatuvchi emas, balki faol muloqotchi bo‘lish prinsipiga asoslanadi.

Buning uchun “ochiq savollar”, “rolli o‘yinlar”, “bahs-munozara”, “refleksiv doira” kabi

metodlar samarali vosita sifatida tavsiya etiladi. Har bir ishtirokchining o‘z shaxsiy fikrini

bildirishi, tajriba almashishi va boshqalarni tinglashi psixologik treningning asosiy natijalaridan

biri – o‘z-o‘zini anglash va boshqalarni tushunish darajasini oshiradi.

Yana bir asosiy qoidalardan biri – bu “feedback” (aloqa) madaniyatini shakllantirishdir.

Trening jarayonida har bir ishtirokchining nutqiga yoki harakatiga nisbatan bildirilgan

izohlar konstruktiv, ijobiy, shaxsiyatga qaratilmagan va o‘rgatuvchan bo‘lishi kerak. Feedback

o‘zaro muloqotda ochiqlikni kuchaytiradi, ishonchni mustahkamlaydi, shaxsiy o‘sish uchun

rag‘bat beradi. Shu sababli trenerlar ishtirokchilarga “men-habar” (ya’ni “men shunday his

qildim...”) modelidan foydalanishni o‘rgatishlari muhim.

Treningda samarali guruh ishining yana bir tamoyili bu — guruh dinamikasini

boshqarishdir. Guruhdagi har bir ishtirokchi o‘z psixologik roli, holati va ehtiyojlari bilan bu

dinamikaning ajralmas qismidir. T. Nyuman va K. Loflinlar tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan “guruh

rivojlanish bosqichlari” nazariyasiga ko‘ra, har bir guruh birinchi bosqichda “yo‘l izlash”, ikkinchi

bosqichda “zidlik”, uchinchi bosqichda “normallashuv”, so‘ngra “faoliyat”, va nihoyat “yakuniy

refleksiya” bosqichlaridan o‘tadi. Trener har bir bosqichda yuzaga keladigan psixologik holatlarni

oldindan bilishi, ular bilan ishlash usullariga ega bo‘lishi lozim.

Shuningdek, treninglar doirasida guruh ichidagi roli va statuslarni muvozanatlashtirish

zarur. Guruhda dominanta (ustun) shaxslar va aksincha, o‘z fikrini aytishga tortinadiganlar bo‘lishi

tabiiy. Trenerning vazifasi – barcha ishtirokchilarning fikrlarini bir xil qadrlash, ularni teng

darajada faoliyatga jalb etish va hech kim o‘zini chetda qolgan deb his qilmasligini ta’minlashdir.

Psixologik jihatdan bu “guruh iqlimi” deb nomlanadigan tushunchaga borib taqaladi. Ijobiy iqlim

bo‘lishi uchun guruhda ishonchli, iliq, samimiy va do‘stona aloqalar bo‘lishi kerak.

Nihoyat, treningning asosiy maqsadi — bu refleksiyani uyg‘otish, ya’ni ishtirokchilarning

o‘zlaridagi ruhiy o‘zgarishlarni anglashiga ko‘maklashishdir. Har bir mashg‘ulot yakunida “men

nimani o‘rgandim?”, “nima meni o‘ylantirdi?”, “qanday his qildim?” kabi savollar orqali

ishtirokchilar o‘z fikr va tuyg‘ularini anglaydilar. Bu refleksiya orqali shaxsiy o‘sish, o‘z-o‘zini

boshqarish va ijtimoiy muvofiqlik rivojlanadi.

Psixologik treninglarda guruh bilan ishlash samaradorligini belgilovchi omillardan yana

biri bu – ko‘p darajali identifikatsiya va introjektsiya jarayonlaridir. Ushbu psixodinamik

jarayonlar orqali ishtirokchilar trening davomida o‘zlarini boshqa guruh a’zolari bilan

qiyoslaydilar, ularning fazilatlari, emotsional reaksiyalari va qaror qabul qilish usullarini ruhiy

jihatdan ichki dunyosiga “singdiradi”. Bu holat psixologik ta’sirchanlikni kuchaytiradi, yangi

ijtimoiy rollarni sinab ko‘rish va o‘z-o‘zini yangilashga olib keladi. Ayniqsa, bu holat yoshlar va

yetuklik yoshidagi ishtirokchilar orasida tez-tez kuzatiladi. Trenerning vazifasi – bu jarayonlarni

boshqarish, noto‘g‘ri identifikatsiyadan saqlanish, individual chegaralarni himoya qilish va

sog‘lom psixologik “men” konsepsiyasini mustahkamlashdir.

Shuningdek, guruh bilan ishlashda metakommunikatsiya fenomeni ham e’tibordan chetda

qolmasligi kerak. Bu atama ostida nafaqat aytilgan gaplar, balki mimika, tana holati, tovush

ohangi, pauzalar va ko‘z qarashlari orqali beriladigan ruhiy ma’lumotlar tushuniladi. Trening

jarayonida metakommunikativ signallar ko‘pincha ishtirokchilarning ichki qarshiliklarini, ichki

ziddiyatlarini yoki aksincha, ishonch va samimiylikni ifodalaydi. Trener bu noverbal belgilarni

sezish, talqin qilish va ular asosida muhokamani rivojlantirish ko‘nikmasiga ega bo‘lishi lozim.

Chunki ba’zan aytilmagan, lekin sezilgan hissiyotlar guruhdagi dinamikani tubdan

o‘zgartirib yuborishi mumkin.

XULOSA VA MUNOZARA

Xulosa qilib aytganda, psixologik treninglarda guruhlar bilan ishlash psixologik bilim,

pedagogik sezuvchanlik, yuqori darajadagi muloqot madaniyati va individual yondashuvni talab

etadi. Trening samarasi ko‘p jihatdan ishtirokchilar o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro ishonch, xavfsiz muhit va

faol ishtirokga bog‘liq. Trener uchun esa eng muhim vazifa — bu guruh ichida konstruktiv,

o‘zgarishga ochiq, psixologik jihatdan qulay ijtimoiy maydon yaratishdir. Bu orqali trening

nafaqat shaxsiy o‘sish, balki jamiyatda psixologik madaniyatni rivojlantirish vositasiga aylanadi.
