Annotatsiya. Tezisda psixologik treninglarni tashkil etishda uchraydigan uslubiy

muammolar, ularning psixologik va tashkiliy sabablari, shuningdek, trening jarayonining

bosqichma-bosqich amalga oshirilishi, har bir bosqichning maqsadi, psixologik mazmuni va

ishlatiladigan metodlari tahlil qilinadi. Muallif trening samaradorligini oshirish uchun zarur

bo‘lgan ilmiy-metodik asoslarni ko‘rsatadi, murabbiylar va psixologlar uchun metodik tavsiyalar

beradi.

METHODOLOGICAL PROBLEMS OF PSYCHOLOGICAL TRAINING AND

TRAINING STAGES

Abstract. The thesis analyzes methodological problems encountered in organizing

psychological trainings, their psychological and organizational causes, as well as the step-by-step

implementation of the training process, the purpose of each stage, the psychological content and

methods used. The author indicates the scientific and methodological foundations necessary to

increase the effectiveness of training, and provides methodological recommendations for trainers

and psychologists.

Zamonaviy psixologik amaliyotda trening usullari inson shaxsiyati, emotsional dunyosi,

ijtimoiy munosabatlari va ichki psixologik ehtiyojlarini chuqur o‘rganish va rivojlantirishga

qaratilgan kompleks yondashuvlarni o‘z ichiga oladi.

Biroq, bu faoliyat turining samaradorligi ko‘p jihatdan uning uslubiy asoslariga, trening

jarayonining tuzilishi va trenerning professional yondashuviga bog‘liqdir. Ko‘plab amaliyotlarda

trening mashg‘ulotlarining yetarlicha rejalashtirilmasligi, metodlarning noto‘g‘ri tanlanishi,

ishtirokchilarning tayyorgarlik darajasi va ehtiyojlariga mos tushmasligi kabi uslubiy xatolar

trening natijadorligini sezilarli darajada pasaytiradi. Shu boisdan, psixologik treninglarda

uchraydigan uslubiy muammolarni tahlil qilish va trening bosqichlarining ilmiy asoslangan

modelini ishlab chiqish muhim nazariy va amaliy ahamiyatga ega.

ASOSIY QISM

Psixologik treninglar bilan bog‘liq uslubiy muammolar, avvalo, trening maqsadining

noaniqligi bilan bog‘liq bo‘ladi. Ko‘plab treninglar oldindan aniq diagnostika asosida emas, balki

umumiy motivatsion yondashuv bilan tashkil etiladi. Natijada ishtirokchilarning psixologik

ehtiyojlari, psixotiplari va rivojlanish darajalari e’tiborga olinmaydi. Bu esa trening davomida

moslashuv muammolariga, psixologik qarshiliklarga va past motivatsiyaga olib keladi.

Ikkinchi katta uslubiy muammo – bu metodlarning bir-biriga zidligi yoki noto‘g‘ri ketma-

ketligidir. Masalan, chuqur reflektiv metodlar (masalan, psixodrama yoki emotsional ekspressiya

texnikasi) treningning dastlabki bosqichlarida emas, balki ishonch va ochiqlik shakllangandan

so‘ng qo‘llanilishi lozim. Aks holda, ishtirokchilar o‘zlarini noqulay his qilib, ichki qarshilik

ko‘rsatishadi yoki umuman ishtirokni to‘xtatishlari mumkin. Shu sababdan har bir metodik vosita

aniq bosqichlarga muvofiq tanlanishi, uning psixologik yuklamasi oldindan baholanishi kerak.

Uslubiy muammolarning yana biri bu — trenerning tayyorgarlik darajasidir. Trenerda

psixologik bilim bo‘lishi, lekin metodik tafakkur, gruppani boshqarish ko‘nikmalari,

metakommunikativ sezuvchanlik va reflektiv kompetensiyalar yetarli bo‘lmasligi trening

jarayonini samarasiz qiladi. Treningda yuzaga keladigan emotsional qarama-qarshiliklar, ichki

ziddiyatlar, transfers holatlari va konfliktlarni hal qilish uchun trener faqat nazariy emas, amaliy

jihatdan ham yuqori malakaga ega bo‘lishi zarur.

Trening jarayonining samaradorligi, yuqoridagi uslubiy muammolarni hisobga olgan

holda, aniq va izchil bosqichlarga asoslangan model orqali ta’minlanadi. Tajribaviy va nazariy

tadqiqotlar asosida quyidagi psixologik trening bosqichlari ajratib ko‘rsatiladi:

Motivatsion tayyorgarlik bosqichi. Ushbu bosqichda ishtirokchilar trening maqsadlari,

qoida va tamoyillari bilan tanishtiriladi, psixologik jihatdan tayyor holatga keltiriladi. “Ice-

breaking” texnikalari, tanishuv o‘yinlari, ishonchli muhit yaratish metodlari (masalan, “kuzatuvchi

emas, ishtirokchi” tamoyili) asosiy o‘rin tutadi.

Muammo yuzasidan faollashtirish bosqichi. Bu bosqichda mavzuga oid muammolar

aniqlanadi, individual psixologik pozitsiyalar aniqlashtiriladi. Interaktiv muloqot, rolli o‘yinlar,

psixologik testlar va kichik guruhli muhokamalar vositasida ishtirokchilar o‘z muammolari

yuzasidan faollashadilar.

Analiz va refleksiya bosqichi. Treningning mazkur bosqichida individual va guruhiy

tajribalar tahlil qilinadi, ishtirokchilar o‘z xatti-harakatlarining sabablarini anglaydilar. “Reflektiv

aylanalar”, “ko‘zgu” texnikasi, “hayot metaforalari” kabi usullar qo‘llaniladi. Bu bosqichda o‘z-

o‘zini anglash va ichki o‘zgarishlar boshlanadi.

O‘zgarishlar integratsiyasi bosqichi. Yangi tajriba va bilimlar shaxsning ichki tizimiga

moslashtiriladi. Ishtirokchilarga yangi strategiyalarni kundalik hayotda qo‘llashga oid

rejalashtirish ishlari amalga oshiriladi. Bu bosqichda maqsad – treningdan keyingi amaliy

natijalarni mustahkamlashdir.

Yakuniy umumlashtirish va tahlil bosqichi. Trening jarayoni bo‘yicha yakuniy xulosalar

chiqariladi, ishtirokchilarning subyektiv baholari eshitiladi, o‘zgarishlar monitoringi yuzasidan

dastlabki fikrlar aniqlanadi. Shu bosqichda ijobiy emotsional yakun, minnatdorchilik va psixologik

"yopilish" ta’minlanadi.

Psixologik treninglar amaliyotida kam yoritilgan, biroq juda muhim bo‘lgan uslubiy

muammolardan biri bu – trening auditoriyasi tarkibining psixotipik va ijtimoiy-guruhiy

noaniqligidir.

Bunda ayniqsa, bir guruhga turli yosh, kasb, madaniy darajadagi va psixologik holati farqli

ishtirokchilarning jamlanishi treningda bir yo‘nalishdagi refleksiya va o‘zgarishlar dinamikasiga

salbiy ta’sir o‘tkazadi.

Bunday holatlarda trener treningni universal emas, balki moslashuvchan modelda olib

borishi, har bir ishtirokchining individualligini hisobga olgan holda bosqichlarni dizaynlashtirishi

zarur. Shu sababli, “psixologik portret” asosidagi avvalgi tashxislash jarayoni nafaqat foydali,

balki muhim deb hisoblanadi.

Yana bir murakkab uslubiy muammo – bu psixologik rezistentlik (qarshilik) holatlarini

oldindan bashorat qila olmaslikdir. Treningning muayyan bosqichlarida, ayniqsa, shaxsiy

kechinmalar bilan ishlovchi mashg‘ulotlarda ayrim ishtirokchilarda ruhiy himoya mexanizmlari

kuchayib, ular tomonidan inkor etish, hazil bilan yo‘naltirish, hissiy yopilish, tajovuzkorlik yoki

ishtirokdan voz kechish holatlari kuzatilishi mumkin.

XULOSA VA MUNOZARA

Psixologik treninglar samaradorligining kaliti – bu aniq maqsadga yo‘naltirilgan, metodik

jihatdan asoslangan va bosqichma-bosqich rejalashtirilgan ish rejasi bilan ishlashdir.

Har qanday trening jarayoni faqatgina interaktivlik va emotsional ta’sir bilan emas, balki

chuqur nazariy bilim, psixologik sezuvchanlik va uslubiy tahlil orqali mustahkamlanadi.

Uslubiy muammolarni oldindan aniqlab, ularga mos yechimlar ishlab chiqish, trening

dizaynini ishtirokchilarning ehtiyoj va psixotiplariga moslashtirish bugungi zamonaviy psixologik

treninglarning eng dolzarb vazifasidir. Trenerlar esa nafaqat bilimli, balki refleksiv va adaptiv

psixologik yetakchilar bo‘lishi kerak.
