SOME JUDGEMENTS ON THE ISSUES OF THE FORMATION OF " FUTURE
SKILLSâIN STUDENTS
B. Umarov
Abstract: This article describes some considerations on the issues of
individualization of students to the educational process in order to achieve
success in the creative environment by forming innovative competence, to
acquire the secrets of achieving superiority in competition.
Keywords: renewed pedagogical thought, innovative student activity,
teacher competence, individualization of the educational process, â"Future
skills", setting success as a goal, success, competitive advantage.
Man is currently operating in a changing environment, society, where
there are no ready-made solutions, at a time when each person is required
to find the necessary solution independently and take responsibility for the
consequences of this solution, it is necessary to educate a competitive,
independent thinker and decision-maker, listen to the opinion of others and
draw conclusions, taking into account it, should remain the priority task of
the educational stages.
It is no secret that the world's school education has already carried out
a wide range of practical work on the formation of "future skills" for young
people.
In a recent interview with âVlast Denegâ, Mitio Kaku, who has done a lot
of research on the acceleration of cosmic motion, said about future
education that: âCreative, imaginative, enterprising and leading people are
moving forward. Because robots can't do that. Robots do not think
figuratively, they have no thinking or naturalness. Society moves from
economic processes to intellectual-creative process. It will be easier for
countries that can prioritize their cognitive and creative potential over their
products to succeed. â
As an important criterion for the development of education, a student's
academic achievement should be determined not only by his personal and
social competence, but also by the acquisition of competitive "future" skills.
Of course, such an approach enhances the process of liberalization of the
educational process, despite the fact that there are innovations, research,
problems in the pedagogical ideas, which are radically renewed in the
country. The transition from the traditional method of teaching to the
technological, creative and exploratory method in the organization of the

educational process allows a technological approach to the educational
process.
However, experience shows that knowledge and advanced intelligence,
including the ability to think innovatively, are not enough to guarantee
success in a competitive environment. Many students who were excellent
during their studies will have an average performance because of market
economy. And conversely, those who were not successful in their studies, then
will show great interest in the work, set clear goals, believe in their own
strength, show great diligence in the successful completion of the work
started. The results of our work depend on the opinions of others, positive
communication, beliefs and values, and finally, personal confidence in
success.
It should be noted that the development of this ability (self-confidence,
goal-setting) has not been considered in any of the taxonomies of learning
objectives mentioned above. At the same time, it seems that there is a future
for an idea. It should focus not only on the acquisition of knowledge, the
development of analytical and creative thinking, but also on the design goals
and objectives of education to achieve success in a competitive environment.
This approach already has importance among a number of disciplines, such
as management, psychology, ethics, business. These disciplines focus on
learning general strategies, methods, and techniques for succeeding in
managing people and interacting effectively with them. Moreover, it has
extensive experience in the field of education "Secrets of Success" in
management, psychology, ethics, business in adult education.
But the current generation of students belongs to a group called
âGeneration Zâ, the main features of which are active mobility, mandatory
participation in social media networks and the constant need for the
Internet. âGeneration Zâ has different requirements for the educational
process, because for this generation it is customary and understandable to
learn from the 'networkâ. Training the representatives of the "Generation Z"
in accordance with the traditional model of education does not allow for the
effective implementation of educational goals.
Today, the lack of competence to adequately use the advanced
(innovative efforts) experience in the activities of our teachers can not be
combined with the innovation of education. Due to the fact that the
education of the new "Generation Z" is not focused and classified in the form
of a separate system on issues such as the goal of success, competitive
advantageб for teachers, issues such as predicting the solution of
educational problems, checking the expected solution, applying it to
problems of a practical and theoretical nature, organizing and systematizing
them are still weak for their solution.

The principle of individualization of the educational process is one of
the most advanced tools in the formation of innovative competence of
students, their goal of success in a creative environment, mastering the
secrets of competitive advantage.
The Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April
29, 2019 "On approval of the Concept of development of public education
until 2030" focuses on improving teaching methods, gradual
implementation of the principles of individualization in the educational
process.
In order to gain high self-confidence, to aim for success in the chosen
environment of activity, to acquire the skills to gain a competitive advantage,
it is necessary to successfully solve the following organizational and
methodological tasks:
ï·
identify the classification of key criteria for learning objectives aimed
at achieving success in a competitive environment;
ï·
identify scientifically based content and methods for developing
"future skills" in students;
ï·
development of training methods that involve the "subject" activities
of teachers of educational institutions specializing in the training of public
educators;
ï·
scientific design of pedagogical technologies aimed at developing
students' skills of adaptation to a competitive environment, etc.
In our opinion, it is expedient to introduce this approach in all areas of
training in specialties in the system of professional development of public
educators, and as a âsubject-orientedâ activity of the professor-teacher, to
teach students the methods of success of students in their chosen fields. In
this regard, first of all, the study of this issue from a scientific and
pedagogical point of view requires the study of international experience in
the organization of professional and pedagogical training of teachers at the
level of modern requirements.
In conclusion, the work on liberalization of educational content of
"green" technologies proposed for the development of public education in
our country allows Improving in accordance with the educational, socio-
cultural, spiritual requirements, which are the basis for the transition to a
person-centered education system, adapting it to the level of socio-
economic development of society, thereby focusing on training competitive
personnel who can meet changing living conditions.
