Introduction

:In the education system, the role of teachers, especially

primary school teachers, is invaluable. They not only enhance students'

development of students as well. All of this is directly related to the creative
thinking of teachers. Creative thinking refers to the development of students'
abilities to generate new ideas, apply existing knowledge in new contexts, think
independently, and solve problems. The development of this thinking process
enables teachers to organize their pedagogical activities effectively. Moreover,
teachers' creative thinking not only impacts students but also shapes a new,
innovative way of thinking in society. International experiences show that
teachers with creative thinking perform their tasks more effectively, enhance
students' self-confidence, and positively influence their development.

Main Part:

1.Definition of Creative Thinking and Its Role in Education

Creative thinking is the ability to generate new ideas, adapt to changing
conditions, and apply existing knowledge in new situations. This process not
only helps teachers to innovate their methods of imparting knowledge to
students but also creates opportunities for applying creative approaches at
every stage of their pedagogical activities.

In pedagogy, creative thinking includes not only enhancing a teacher’s

knowledge but also their ability to solve problems and develop innovative
approaches. Teachers with creative thinking can encourage students to generate
new ideas and develop independent thinking and analytical skills. Therefore,
developing teachers' creative thinking has a positive impact on improving the
effectiveness of the education system and contributes to the intellectual and
moral development of students.

2.Methods for Preparing Future Teachers for Creative Thinking

Effective methods for preparing future teachers for creative thinking have been
developed based on numerous pedagogical experiences. Teachers with creative
thinking not only play a crucial role in imparting knowledge to students but also
in developing their creative abilities. During the preparation process for creative
thinking, the following methods prove to be effective:

Developing Cognitive Processes:

Teachers should be trained to develop

their ability to analyze, synthesize, and generate new ideas. Students must be
equipped with skills to systematically learn new information and create
innovative ideas from it.

Problem-based Tasks and Interactive Methods:

Using problem-based

tasks, interactive lessons, and group work is highly effective in developing
teachers' creative thinking. These methods ensure that teachers actively
participate in seeking new solutions.

Application of Innovative Technologies:

The advancement of

technology is creating new opportunities in the pedagogical process. Introducing
teachers to innovative technologies and teaching them to effectively use modern
educational platforms and multimedia resources enhances their creative
thinking.

3. Obstacles to Developing Creative Thinking and Methods to

Overcome Them

There are several obstacles to the development of creative thinking:

Strict Norms of the Pedagogical System:

One of the biggest obstacles to

developing teachers' creative thinking is the rigid and traditional norms of the
system. Some educational systems require teachers to follow set standards,
making it difficult to adopt innovative approaches.

Lack of Resources and Methodological Guidelines:

In some regions,

especially rural areas, there is a shortage of pedagogical resources and quality
methodological guidelines. This leads to difficulties in applying creative thinking
and new methods.

Resistance to Adopting Innovative Solutions:

Some teachers resist

change because they are accustomed to traditional methods. Therefore,
resistance to applying innovative pedagogical methods can hinder the
development of creative thinking.

To overcome these obstacles, it is essential to implement professional

development programs in the education system, introduce teachers to
innovative pedagogical methods, and improve the quality of methodological
guidelines.

4. The Social and Pedagogical Necessity of Creative Thinking

The development of creative thinking is essential not only for teachers to carry
out their pedagogical activities effectively but also for leading society toward a
new way of thinking. Teachers with creative thinking, who are adapted to social
changes, not only provide knowledge to the youth but also teach them the skills
to live as active and responsible citizens in society.

Creative thinking requires teachers to do more than just impart knowledge;

it also demands that they prepare students to adapt to changes in society.
Therefore, developing creative thinking is not just a pedagogical but also a social
necessity.

Conclusion:

The development of future primary school teachers' creative

thinking is of unparalleled importance in increasing the effectiveness of the
education system, ensuring the intellectual development of students, and

shaping a new way of thinking in society. Teachers' creative thinking not only
ensures the effective implementation of their pedagogical activities but also
helps students develop the ability to generate new ideas, solve problems, and
think independently. Teachers' creative thinking creates opportunities for
introducing innovations into the educational process and modernizing teaching
methods.
