STUDY OF UNIFORMITY OF MOTION LAYERS OF RAW COTTON ON ROLLER CONVEYOR

Djamolov R.K., Korabelnikova T.N.
The article presents theoretical studies of the uniformity of movement of cotton layers on a roller conveyor, where an
expression for finding the gaps between the rollers is determined, as well as the results of the experiments carried
out on the main parameters of the receiving device, the optimal criteria for the values of the gaps between the rollers
are determined - from 10 to 15 mm.

ASSESSMENT OF THE TECHNICAL CONDITION OF OPERATED HYDROSYSTEMS OF CLASS IV

Daniyar T. Paluanov, Abror N. Ulukmuradov
The paper considers issues of assessing the level of safety of the technical condition of an operating hydrosystem of
class IV. Using the measuring parameters of the hydrosystem, the positions of the depression curve and the specific
flow rate in the body of the earthen dam are constructed. When performing numerical calculations of filtration, two
calculation schemes were adopted, viz., a homogeneous ground dam without drainage and a dam on a permeable
base with tubular drainage.

INVESTIGATION OF THE OPERATIONAL PROPERTIES OF TRANSMISSION OILS USED IN VEHICLES

Alimova Zebo Khamidullayevna , Niyazova Gulhayo Parpiyevna
This article explores ways to improve the performance of transmission oils. The operating conditions of the gears
are characterized by high loads in the contact zone of the teeth, relatively high speeds of mutual movement of
rubbing surfaces, and significant temperatures in the contact zone. The antiwear properties of oils should protect
transmission parts from wear and the undesirable phenomenon of galling and abrasion of gear drives. In complex
sulfur-chlorine additives, sulfide films prevent scuffing, while chloride films, due to their elasticity, reduce wear and
energy consumption to overcome frictional forces.
