To maintain settlement land account in correct modern methods and complete land surveying and to ensure purposeful use of land. Establishing targeted land use through land cadastre-based indicators is important in ensuring economic stability. From this point of view, the article provides information on the creation of cadastral indicators based on the geodatabase ArcGIS program and thereby achieving economic stability in the regions, as well as establishing the purposeful use of land in the regions and their control.
TRUST, PRIVACY PROTECTION, AND WEBSITE QUALITY: EXPLORING GENDER DIFFERENCES IN ONLINE PURCHASE INTENTIONS
This study investigates the impact of trust, privacy protection, and perceived website quality on online purchase intentions, with a particular focus on gender differences. In the digital age, understanding the factors that influence consumers' decisions to make online purchases is crucial for e-commerce success. This research examines how trust in the website, the perceived quality of the website, and privacy protection measures affect consumers' intent to purchase online, and explores whether these effects vary between male and female consumers.
A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining quantitative surveys with qualitative interviews to gather data from a diverse sample of online shoppers. The quantitative analysis involved the use of regression models to assess the relationships between trust, website quality, privacy protection, and purchase intentions, while controlling for gender differences. The qualitative component provided deeper insights into how these factors are perceived and prioritized differently by different genders.
The results reveal that trust and perceived website quality are significant predictors of online purchase intentions, with privacy protection also playing a crucial role. However, gender differences were observed in how these factors influence purchasing decisions. For female consumers, privacy protection emerged as a more significant factor compared to their male counterparts, who placed greater emphasis on website quality and trust. This indicates that women are more concerned with safeguarding their personal information, while men are more focused on the overall functionality and credibility of the website.
These findings highlight the importance of tailoring e-commerce strategies to address gender-specific concerns and preferences. E-commerce platforms should enhance privacy protection measures to cater to female consumers' concerns and invest in improving website quality to appeal to both genders. By understanding these nuances, businesses can better align their online offerings with consumer expectations and improve purchase intentions across different demographic groups.
THE EMERGENCE OF THE HOUSING CRISIS IN RUSSIA: FACTORS AND IMPLICATIONS
This study examines the emergence of the housing crisis in Russia, focusing on the key factors contributing to its development and the broader implications for the country’s socio-economic landscape. Over the past few decades, Russia has experienced significant challenges in its housing sector, marked by a growing disparity between housing supply and demand, escalating property prices, and widespread affordability issues. This research identifies and analyzes the main factors driving the crisis, including demographic changes, economic fluctuations, urbanization trends, and policy shortcomings.
The study employs a mixed-methods approach, incorporating quantitative data on housing market trends, demographic statistics, and economic indicators, alongside qualitative insights from expert interviews and policy analyses. The research reveals that rapid urbanization, coupled with inadequate housing supply and inefficient land use policies, has exacerbated the housing affordability crisis. Additionally, economic instability and income disparities have further strained the housing market, making homeownership increasingly unattainable for many Russians.
The implications of the housing crisis are far-reaching, impacting social stability, economic growth, and quality of life. Rising housing costs contribute to increased financial strain on households and exacerbate socio-economic inequalities. The study also highlights the strain on public infrastructure and services due to urban overpopulation and the challenges faced by the government in addressing these issues through existing policies.
The study underscores the urgent need for comprehensive policy reforms and strategic planning to address the root causes of the housing crisis in Russia. Recommendations include improving housing supply through targeted development projects, enhancing land use regulations, and implementing measures to support affordable housing. By addressing these challenges, Russia can work towards a more equitable and sustainable housing market that better serves the needs of its population.
EXPLORING THE ROLE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN MANAGING EMERGING RISKS: AN IN-DEPTH STUDY OF AI APPLICATIONS IN FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS' RISK FRAMEWORKS
This research focuses on using approaches such as ML and ANNs in FRM while will look at and try to analyze their effectiveness compared to logistic regression, random forest, and support vector machine. Training and testing of the models were done using accuracy, precision, recall and F1-score with a sample database comprising of 15000 financial records. Imputation of missing values; selection of informative variables; and data scaling, were performed to enhance the reliability of the models used. Analysis of the results revealed that ANNs and more so DNNs surpassed conventional approaches in the prediction of financial risks. Still, the integration of traditional and AI-based approaches resulted in improved performance outcomes as well as proved to be more resilient to multiple risk factors. Thus, the work concludes that the enhancement of the integration of AI in the management of financial risk can enhance the accuracy of risk assessment. The future work should include improvements regarding the interpretability of the model, testing on a more substantial number of data and experimenting with reinforcement learning to apply it to decision making in the financial risk cases.

TRENDS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF PREVENTIVE DIPLOMACY IN INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS
The methods for resolving and preventing political conflicts differ significantly from other forms of conflict resolution. When the territorial principle is prioritized over the specifics of the conflict in interpersonal disputes, applying this approach to political conflicts can lead to greater societal instability, victimization, and negative changes in relations between states. However, when the interests of social groups are aligned, political disputes can be more easily and amicably resolved. In such cases, the most effective approach is the use of preventive diplomacy at both the international and state levels.
METHODOLOGICAL PRINCIPLES OF USING LAND CADASTRAL INDICATORS IN WATER FUND MANAGEMENT
Keeping the land accounting in the correct modern methods and carrying out a complete survey of the land areas and rational use of land resources, the accuracy of the cadastral data, determining the amount of the water fund lands by transferring them to the disposal of the relevant organizations is of great importance in ensuring economic stability in the regions. From this point of view, the article provides information on increasing the economic efficiency of cadastral indicators, the use of water fund lands in the regions and their control.
