Abstract:
This article covers the development of pedagogical factors, the introduction of
individualized educational approaches, the improvement of teachers' skills, the use of an integrated
educational model, strengthening cooperation with families, the development of psychological factors, the
improvement of the psychological literacy of leaders and teachers, the development of a motivation system,
a stress management and emotional support system, a deep understanding and application of child
psychology, and the introduction of innovative technologies.
Keywords:

Ushbu maqolada pedagogik omillarni rivojlantirish, individuallashtirilgan ta'lim
yondashuvlarini joriy etish, o'qituvchilar malakasini oshirish, yaxlit ta'lim modelidan foydalanish, oila bilan
hamkorlikni mustahkamlash, psixologik omillarni rivojlantirish, takomillashtirish masalalari muhokama
qilinadi. Maqolada menejerlar va o'qituvchilarning psixologik savodxonligi, motivatsiya tizimini
rivojlantirish, stressni boshqarish va hissiy qo'llab-quvvatlash tizimlari, bolalar psixologiyasini chuqur
tushunish va qo'llash, innovatsion texnologiyalarni joriy etish keng yoritilgan.

The Concept “Development of the
Preschool Education System of the Republic
of Uzbekistan until 2030” was developed in
our republic by Decree No. PQ-4312 dated
May 8, 2019. The Concept defines the goals,
objectives, priority areas, medium- and long-
term stages of the development of preschool
education in the Republic of Uzbekistan and
serves as the basis for the development of
programs and comprehensive measures aimed

at the development of the preschool education
sector. [1]
Our
Honorable
President
Sh.M.
Mirziyoyev, in his book “We Build Our Great
Future Together with Our Brave and Noble
People”, recognizes the following idea: “A
leader who is devoted to his people, capable of
continuing the work we have begun, and who
is fully mature in all respects, has an urgent
task - to raise the next generation as a perfect
person.” Indeed, in the 21st century, it is
increasingly becoming clear that human
intelligence and spirituality are the main
coordinating, developing factors and tools in
the development of socio-economic relations.
Therefore, humanism has emerged as the main
principle of building a legal, democratic state
and a free civil society on the basis of a market
economy.[2]
The chapter “Book of Knowledge” of
Imam al-Bukhari’s collection of hadiths “Al-
Jami’ as-Sahih” provides information on the
virtues and characteristics of acquiring
knowledge, the etiquette of learning and
teaching knowledge. This chapter presents
hadiths on teaching and learning knowledge.
Their analysis allows us to express didactic
requirements for a teacher, pedagogical and
moral ideas. Even today, in the process of
improving the qualifications of teachers, it is
necessary to improve their pedagogical,
psychological
preparation,
knowledge,
communication culture, inform them about the
secrets of modern science, instill information
and communication skills, and take into
account national psychological factors. Only
high-quality, skilled teachers can educate the
perfect person dreamed of by the people.
Science leads a person to greatness. The Uzbek
people, thirsty for knowledge, have a tendency
to respect intelligent, knowledgeable people
and look at their activities with admiration.[3]
In implementing this task, each of the
leading employees of preschool educational
organizations is required to have high
professional potential and human qualities.
“First of all, he is expected to have patriotic
and patriotic qualities, to love and cherish his
native land with all his heart, to spare himself
for his people and homeland, to be ready to
sacrifice his life for this cause if necessary, to
be a master of his profession, a true expert in
this matter, and to be an example for others in
this regard. The public and the people want a
leader to stand out from others with an
independent worldview, broad thinking, and
the ability to see far ahead, to have strong faith,
strong will, honorable character, avoid
immoral acts, to be inquisitive, proactive,
entrepreneurial, organized, demanding, and
determined” [4; p. 201].
The development of pedagogical and
psychological factors in improving the
management process in preschool educational
organizations plays an important role in
increasing
management
efficiency
and
bringing the educational process to a high
quality level. This development process
includes several main areas:
Development of pedagogical factors
Introduction
of
individualized
educational approaches:
• Organization of diagnostic studies to
identify the individual needs and abilities of
children.
• Adaptation of the educational process
to each child, application of approaches based
on personal development plans.
Improving the skills of educators
• Conducting seminars and trainings on
the use of modern methodologies and
technologies.

• Assisting educators in developing
innovative
approaches
and
educational
programs.
Application of an integrative educational
model
• Ensuring the integrity of the
educational process through the development
of an interdisciplinary approach.
• Introduction of programs that include
game activities, creative activities and
practical skills.
Strengthening cooperation with families
• Organizing programs that provide
parents with an understanding of their
responsibilities in the development and
upbringing of children.
• Creating opportunities for regular
exchange of views between parents and
educators.
2. Developing psychological factors
Increasing the psychological literacy of
leaders and educators
• Organizing special trainings on the
stages of psychological development of
preschool children.
• Conducting classes on conflict
management,
developing
communication
skills, and creating a positive environment.
Developing a motivation system
• Improving the mechanisms for material
and moral encouragement of educators and
other employees.
• Establishing a system of positive
evaluation and giving letters of gratitude to
create an inspiring environment.
Stress management and emotional
support system
• Organizing relaxation corners to reduce
stress in the work process.

Establishing
a
psychological
counseling service for employees and parents.
Deep understanding and application of
child psychology
• Planning appropriate developmental
activities, taking into account the individual
psychological characteristics of each child.
• Conduct special classes that develop
children's emotional and social skills.
3.
Introduction
of
innovative
technologies
• Use of digital tools for the development
of pedagogical and psychological factors (for
example,
online
platforms,
diagnostic
programs).
• Introduction of modern information
systems for the analysis and monitoring of the
educational process.
In conclusion, the development of
pedagogical and psychological factors is
important for increasing the efficiency of the
management process of preschool educational
organizations. This process serves to improve
the quality of education, ensure the personal
development of children, and optimize the
pedagogical and psychological environment.
Approaches should be scientifically based,
systematic, and systematic.
