Annotasiya

UshSteroid gormonlar xolesterindan sintezlanib, organizmda muhim
fiziologik funktsiyalarni – suyuqlik-elektrolit muvozanatini, immun javobni, stressga
moslashuvni, reproduktiv jarayonlarni va metabolizmni boshqaradi. Ularning sintezi
mitoxondriyalarda P450scc (CYP11A1) fermenti yordamida xolesterin →pregnenolon aylanishi
bilan boshlanib, sitoxrom P450 fermentlari (CYP17A1, CYP21A2, CYP11B1, CYP11B2,
CYP19A1) va gidroksisteroid dehidrogenazalar (3β-HSD, 17β-HSD) orqali kortizol, aldosteron,
testosteron va estradiol sinteziga olib keladi.
