Annotasiya

Mazkur tadqiqotda qurutilgan mevalardan tayyorlangan sharbatlarning inson salomatligiga ta’siri o‘rganiladi. Olma, o‘rik, olcha, gilos, qoraqat va uzum mayizidan tayyorlangan sharbatlarning boy vitamin va minerallar tarkibi immunitetni oshirish, yurak-qon tomir tizimini mustahkamlash va hazm jarayonini yaxshilashga yordam beradi. Tadqiqot natijalari ushbu mahsulotlarni muntazam iste’mol qilish sog‘liq uchun ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishini ko‘rsatadi.
