Ushbu maqolada pedagoglarning faoliyat jarayoni va ularning
tarbiya
davomida psixik yondashuvlari haqida ham fikr mulohazalar berilgan.
Abstract:
This article also provides information about the activity process of
pedagogues and their teaching skills, qualifications, and pedagogical experience.
Information about the advantage of psychological aspect or experience of young
personnel and qualified personnel in teaching foreign languages is also given by
studying and analyzing the differences between them. The activity of the teacher in
the course of the lesson and their psychological approaches during education and
training are also discussed.

Learning at least one foreign language other than one's own language is one
of the most important and necessary aspects that is required in the current era. The
most important assistant in this is the pedagogue. We know that today's developing
and developed countries of the world have the same desire to turn out pedagogues
as potentially qualified and professional staff. This is the main aspect of today. One
of the main aspects that we need to pay attention to and that we need in terms of
this topic is first of all the knowledge, skills, analytical abilities, skills and
pedagogical analysis of the teaching staff.
A teacher should also know how to use technology in the era of modern
mobile technologies, be able to use them during the lesson, and use them to teach
effectively. The effect of the lesson when using them differs from others in that it
remains in the student's memory and does not forget the lesson.
It is important for a teacher to be an actor, an artist and, most importantly, a
psychologist. Regardless of his family life, his mood, or in some cases, his health,
he should not lose his ability to teach, this is certainly his pedagogical
responsibility. In the technological age, the pedagogue's use of computer tools and
technologies and platforms that help to increase the effectiveness of the lesson
determines his place in a certain way. If the teacher organizes the lesson processes
while controlling the psychological state of the students during the lesson, he will
certainly achieve his results. For this, the teacher must first of all have knowledge.
If we explain one type of knowledge, that is, the technological type, as we
mentioned earlier:

1. Interactivity - the teacher's use of modern technologies and formation of his
lesson using modern educational platforms. This certainly ensures the active
participation of students in the course of the lesson.
2. Adaptability - teachers can analyze the psychological state of the student and
how much they understand it by using different educational materials and
methodical methods and attract him to the lesson using these methods
3. Use of Internet resources - we know that there are a lot of resources and
information that can be analyzed and used through the Internet. A wide range of
educational resources, videos, articles, and scientific research effectively help the
teacher to enrich his lesson.
4. Data analysis - One of the advantages of modern educational technologies is that
it helps teachers to analyze, compare, and rate the achievements of their students.
5. Distance education - Thanks to modern technologies, students who could not
attend classes due to certain reasons and those who did not have the opportunity to
study because of them, now using various educational platforms.
In short, a qualified pedagogue of the new century is trying to strengthen his
knowledge and experience, and he must know the working mechanisms and
methods of use of modern technologies.
The fact that a pedagogue has his place today is a process related to his
psychological knowledge, skills and qualifications. A teacher's psychological
knowledge gives him a number of opportunities. And it increases the effectiveness
of the lesson. Here are some examples:
