Ushbu maqola ehtiyojlarning inson faoliyatida ichki omil sifatidagi ahamiyatini va ularni o‘rganish metodlarini tahlil qilishga bag‘ishlangan. Inson motivatsiyasi, ehtiyojlar va ularning turlari Maslou piramidasidan kelib chiqib yoritilgan. So‘rov, kuzatish, test, intervyu va eksperiment kabi ehtiyojlarni o‘rganish metodlari yordamida inson ehtiyojlarini chuqurroq anglash va ularning rivojlanishdagi ahamiyatini tushuntirishga harakat qilingan. Tadqiqot natijalari shaxsiy va ijtimoiy rivojlanishda ehtiyojlarni to‘g‘ri o‘rganishning zarurligini ko‘rsatadi.
