Annotatsiya.

Ushbu maqolada premenopauza davridagi ayollarda osteoporoz rivojlanish

chastotasining tahlili, dolzarb statistik ma’lumotlar, xavf omillari, zamonaviy diagnostika usullari va
profilaktika bo‘yicha tavsiyalar keltirilgan. Ayniqsa, sinish xavfini kamaytirish va ushbu yoshdagi
ayollarning hayot sifatini saqlash maqsadida o‘z vaqtida aniqlash hamda kompleks profilaktika
choralari muhimligi ta’kidlangan.

Kirish.

Osteoporoz — suyak to‘qimalarining surunkali kasalligi bo‘lib, uning asosiy

xususiyati suyak zichligining pasayishi va strukturaviy distrofiyasidir, bu esa sinish xavfini
oshiradi. Bu kasallik butun dunyo miqyosida dolzarb muammo bo‘lib, ayniqsa ayollarda yoshi
ulg‘aygan sari va gormonal o‘zgarishlar natijasida rivojlanish xavfi ortadi. Premenopauza
davrida osteoporoz chastotasini aniqlash, xavf omillarini erta aniqlash va profilaktika
choralarini ko‘rish kasallikning kelgusida rivojlanishini oldini olishda muhim ahamiyatga ega.

JSST (Jahon sog‘liqni saqlash tashkiloti) ma’lumotlariga ko‘ra, 70 yoshga kelib osteoporoz

ayollarning 30–40% gachaida uchrashi mumkin, ammo uning erta rivojlanishi masalalari
yetarlicha o‘rganilmagan. Tadqiqotlar premenopauza davridagi ayollar orasida osteoporoz
xavfi haqida xabardorlik darajasi pastligini ko‘rsatmoqda.

Tadqiqotlar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, 40–50 yosh oralig‘ida ayollarning 10–15% ida suyak

zichligining pasayishi aniqlanadi, bu esa osteoporotik o‘zgarishlarning boshlanishi bilan bog‘liq
bo‘lishi mumkin. Masalan,

jurnalida 2022 yilda chop etilgan tadqiqot

premenopauza davridagi (50 yoshgacha) ayollarda suyak mineralizatsiyasi pasayishi 12–15%
atrofida uchrashini va bunga genetik omillar, turmush tarzi, dieta, jismoniy faollik va gormonal
o‘zgarishlar sabab bo‘lishini ko‘rsatgan (Ivanova va boshq., 2022).

Metodlar.

Sharh 2013–2023 yillarda yetakchi xalqaro va mahalliy ilmiy jurnallarda chop

etilgan maqolalar asosida tuzilgan. Ma’lumotlar PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science bazalaridan,
shuningdek JSST va AQSh akusher-ginekologlar assotsiatsiyasi tavsiyalaridan olingan. Kalit
so‘zlar: "osteoporoz", "premenopauza", "ayollarda osteoporoz", "patogenez", "diagnostika",
"davolash", "klinik tavsiyalar".

Premenopauza davridagi ayollarda osteoporoz rivojlanishiga quyidagi omillar

ta’sir qiladi:

Genetik moyillik

Kalsiy va D vitamini yetishmovchiligi

Yetarli jismoniy faollikning yo‘qligi

Chekish va alkogol iste’moli

Gormonal buzilishlar (masalan, gipogonadizm)

Surunkali kasalliklar va ayrim dori vositalar (masalan, glyukokortikoidlar) qabul qilish

Premenopauza davrida estrogen darajasining pasayishi postmenopauzadagidek keskin

bo‘lmasa-da, suyak to‘qimasiga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatishi mumkin (Johnson va boshq., 2020).

Xalqaro osteoporoz va suyak metabolizmini o‘rganish jamiyati (IOF) va boshqa yetakchi

tashkilotlar premenopauza davridagi ayollarda osteoporoz xavfini baholash va erta aniqlash
bo‘yicha tavsiyalar ishlab chiqqan.

Baholash usullari:

Suyak to‘qimasining denzitometriyasi (DXA)

— diagnostikaning “oltin standarti”.

Yuqori xavf guruhidagi ayollarga tavsiya etiladi.

Xavf omillarini baholash

— FRAX kabi shkala va vositalardan foydalanish.

Biokimyoviy markerlar

— suyak rezorbsiyasi va shakllanishini baholash uchun.

Zamonaviy tavsiyalar va profilaktika choralariga quyidagilar kiradi:

Doimiy jismoniy faollik, ayniqsa suyaklarga yuklama beruvchi mashqlar

Ratsionni kalsiy va D vitamini bilan boyitish

Chekish va alkogoldan voz kechish

Aniqlangan buzilishlarda individual dori vositalar bilan davolash
So‘nggi yillarda olib borilgan tadqiqotlar premenopauza davri — suyak salomatligini

mustahkamlash va kelajakda osteoporoz xavfini kamaytirish uchun eng qulay davr ekanini
ko‘rsatmoqda (Kumar va boshq., 2023).

Yirik tadqiqotlar (SBH-PW 2021, PREOS 2020, NROBW 2019) ma’lumotlariga ko‘ra,

premenopauza davridagi ayollarning 8–15% ida suyak zichligi pasaygan. Xususan, vitamin D
yetishmovchiligi, past jismoniy faollik, chekish va glyukokortikoidlarni uzoq muddat qabul
qilish asosiy xavf omillari sifatida qayd etilgan.

Xulosa.

Premenopauza davridagi ayollarda osteoporoz chastotasi taxminan 12–15% ni

tashkil etadi. Bu esa erta diagnostika va profilaktika choralarini joriy etish zarurligini
ko‘rsatadi. Zamonaviy xalqaro tavsiyalarga rioya qilish va faol sog‘liqni saqlash choralarini
ko‘rish osteoporotik sinishlar xavfini kamaytiradi va ayollarning hayot sifatini oshiradi.
