THE INFLUENCE OF GEORGE ORWELL'S SOPHISTICATED STYLE ON WORLD AND UZBEK LITERATURE
In this article, by researching the works of George Orwell in a comparative-typological direction, specific updates in national prose in the late 20th - early 21st centuries and the integration of Uzbek literature into the world culture, as well as the problem of history and philosophical-social idealism in time and space, research in terms of national thinking.
THE CONCEPT AND ITS LINGUISTIC STATUS AND LINGUISTIC EXPRESSION
Linguistics is the scientific study of language, and its focus is the systematic investigation of the properties of particular languages as well as the characteristics of language in general. The semantic view of concepts suggests that concepts are abstract objects. In this view, concepts are abstract objects of a category out of a human's mind rather than some mental representations.
THE PROBLEM OF THE HERO AND ARTISTIC SPACE
This article describes the inner world of Hoshimdjan, the hero of the novel by children's writers Khudoyberdi Tokhtabaev "Riding the Yellow Giant", and Huckleberry Finn, the hero of Mark Twain's novel "The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn", revealing it from the language of the hero. From the point of view of topochronos these main characters show the scale of the genre of the novel, the richness of the life of the characters with unexpected adventures. Teaches the reader to analyze life together with the hero, to respond to the events taking place around.
HISTORICAL ANALYSIS OF TRANSLATION SCHOOLS IN EUROPE IN MEDIEVAL AGES
Translation schools took place an important role in the development of translation theory and interpretation in the Medieval ages. Particularly, Europe was the first to open translation schools in the Medieval ages. Therefore, the article presents the investigation of the translation schools in the Middle ages in Europe.
SYNTAGMATIC AND PARADIGMATIC PECULARITIES OF ADVERBS IN ENGLISH
The article presents the investigation of adverbs, its characteristics in English language. In addition to this, the article depicts syntagmatic and paradigmatic pecularities of adverbs.

This article gives a brief description of the essay, its types and characteristics. Essay-related discussions and scholarly opinions are provided. The essay genre in English literature and the essay genre in Uzbek literature are compared. General points related to the essay are presented.
