Mediation in Uzbekistan: problems and development prospects

Abstract

The development of legal culture in our society leads, among other things, to an increase in appeals to the courts. One of the effective ways to unload the courts overflowing with appeals and consideration of cases for many countries today is the institution of mediation, where two conflicting parties are looking for a compromise with the help of a professional intermediary - a mediator. Uzbekistan is also moving in this direction.
