Xizmat faoliyati direktor tomonidan boshqariladi, u bir qator bo'limlarga, sektorlarga, guruhlarga yoki funktsional printsip bo'yicha tuzilgan alohida xodimlarga (kadrlar bo'limi, kadrlar tayyorlash va rivojlantirish sektori, rag'batlantirish va boshqalar) bo'ysunishi mumkin. Shuning uchun, maqolada Inson resurslarini boshqarish bo’linmalarining o’rni, roli va vazifalarini o’rganish kabi masalalar yoritilgan.
