Relevance:
The basis of the development of gout is hyperuricemia, which is a constant excess
of uric acid in the blood. Gout is primary and secondary. Primary gout is caused by a hereditary
malformation of enzymes involved in the synthesis of uric acid and a violation of the mechanism of
excretion of uric acid by the kidneys. Deficiency of the guanidine phosphoribosyltransferase enzyme
leads not only to hyperuricemia and gout. Secondary gout occurs as a complication of previous
diseases and pathological processes, as well as as a result of taking medications. Development of drug
forms from substances exhibiting bioactive properties with different effects, development of drugs
with high efficiency of their mechanism of action based on synergism is one of the urgent tasks of
today.
Aim of the study:
to study the technological properties of tablet mass containing bioactive
substances and excipients. To develop highly effective drugs based on strong synergism.
Materials and methods: the parameters such as the composition of the tablet mass obtained from
the technological processes, dispersibility, dispersion density, free-fall angle and residual moisture
were studied. Scientific research was conducted on the physicochemical and technological processes
of the tablet mass using the methods given in regulatory documents and generally accepted methods.
Results:
In the preparation of tablet mass from the experimentally obtained substances, several
tablet masses were prepared using the following excipients. In the preparation of tablet mass,
scientific research was conducted on tablet masses obtained by direct pressing method based on
fillers, emulsifying agents, binders, and lubricants. Scientific research is being conducted on the
characteristics of the resulting tablet masses such as grain composition, bulk density, dispersibility,
residual moisture, and technological process properties. Technological properties of tablet masses
obtained by direct pressing method. The sorting composition is -2000 +1000 μm sieve, 3.80-4.52%
in -1000 +500 μm sieves, 20.12-20.08% in -500+250 μm sieve set, 48.18 -47.65 -32.78% in -160 μm
sieve set, 4.10 - 3.24 - 2.6% in large-sized sieves, relatively low percentage in small sieves and they
differ greatly from each other.
More than 10 tablet masses were prepared using bioactive substances diclofenac sodium,
sodium bicarbonate and citric acids, preservatives, and fillers, binders and lubricants, excipients. The
technological properties of tablet masses were studied and scientific research was conducted. The
results obtained are as follows. Dispersion 0.95 - 4.32 -7.87 *10-3 kg/s, density 325.10 - 314.20 -
489.25 kg/m3, angle of free fall 65.95 - 64.75 - 63.70 degrees, compressibility 50.45 - 85.58 -83.25
N, residual moisture Such indicators were 4.35-3.60-6.75%, it was studied on the basis of scientific
research.
Conclusion:
the technological properties of the tablet mass obtained by the direct pressing
method according to the selected methods did not show their positive characteristics. Based on the
results of the research, in order to improve the technological properties of the obtained tablet masses,
it is appropriate to use binding aids.
