Relevance:
Diclofenac sodium and diclofenac potassium salts to inflammation against, pain
leaver and antipyretic features because of medicine in practice wide applicable drugs to the point
They are arthritis, rheumatism, neuralgia, muscles and in the joints the pains in reduction primary
from tools is considered. On the market local and foreign working issuers by working issued one row
diclofenac pills However, there are various working issuers products quality, stability and
bioequivalence according to differences observation possible. Therefore them comparative quality
control to do, state pharmacopoeia requirements compatibility determination and standardization
drugs safety and efficiency in providing important importance has.
The research Purpose:
Various working issuers by working issued pill shaped diclofenac
saved medicine of tools quality indicators comparative evaluation, their to standards compatibility
check and there is shortcomings to determine.
Method and Methods:
In research local and foreign working 5 types of issuers diclofenac pills
studied. In the samples following indicators checked:
- External Appearance: tablets color, shape and integrity.
- Average weight and weight deviation: 20 units on a tablet control - Disintegration
Time: Uzbekistan Republic State pharmacopoeia requirements appropriate special in the apparatus
evaluated.
- Mechanic consistency: tablets fragility and crushing level identified, transport and in storage
stability - Solubility (dissolution) rate:
artificial stomach juice and neutral in the environment studied.
- Quantitative analysis: spectrophotometry method using in the pill diclofenac amount
determined, defined normative indicators with compared.
Results:
Transferred inspections this showed that:
- Some local working issuers in samples decomposition time from the norm a little more than
it happened, this and medicine of the impact to slow down take arrival possible.
- Solubility speed according to foreign working issuers pills more stable result showed, local
working in issuers and some low scores in series observed.
- Quantitative analysis in the results some in tablets active substance quantity between 95–98%
while in others it is between 100–105% determined and standardized complete suitable did not come.
- Mechanic strength in terms of foreign drugs higher to indicators has became, local in products
and fragility higher during the transportation process of pills crushing probability big that is observed
Conclusion:
Research to the results according to, diclofenac saved of pills quality indicators
working to the issuer looking at noticeable at the level difference does. Foreign preparations many
parameters according to high quality indicators has although some local working issuers products are
also pharmacopoeia requirements complete answer gave. With that together, local working issuers
for technological processes improvement, quality control strengthen and international to standards
coordination according to recommendations working exit necessary.
