METHODOLOGY FOR FORMING A TEAM OF STUDENTS

Annotatsiya:
Ushbu maqolada o‘quvchilar jamoasini shakllantirish jarayoni, uning pedagogik
ahamiyati, metodik tamoyillari va samarali tashkil etish usullari keng yoritilgan. Jamoaviy
faoliyat o‘quvchilarning ijtimoiy ko‘nikmalarini, hamkorlik madaniyatini, mas’uliyatni his
qilishini rivojlantirishda muhim vosita hisoblanadi. Maqolada jamoani shakllantirishdagi
qiyinchiliklar va ularni bartaraf etish yo‘llari ham ko‘rib chiqilgan.
Kalit so‘zlar:
o‘quvchilar jamoasi, jamoani shakllantirish, pedagogika, ijtimoiy ko‘nikmalar,
hamkorlik, liderlik, pedagogik texnologiyalar.
Аннотация:
В данной статье широко освещается процесс формирования ученического
коллектива, его педагогическое значение, методические принципы и методы
эффективной организации. Командная деятельность является важным инструментом в
развитии у учащихся социальных навыков, культуры сотрудничества, чувства
ответственности. В статье также рассматриваются трудности тимбилдинга и пути их
преодоления.

Abstract:
This article covers a wide range of the process of forming a team of students, its
pedagogical significance, methodological principles and methods of effective organization.
Teamwork is an important tool in developing students ' social skills, collaborative culture, sense
of responsibility. The article also examines the difficulties in the formation of a team and ways
to overcome them.

An important part of school education is the establishment of a community of students.
The team of students is not only an environment for acquiring knowledge, but also the basis of
their personal, social and emotional development. Within the community, students learn from
each other by providing mutual assistance, exchanging ideas, and pursuing a common goal.
Therefore, in the pedagogical process, the process of formation and development of a team is a
priority.
Pedagogical significance of the student community:

Team formation helps to generate social experience in students, who learn social rules
through interactions. Teamwork gives students the following skills:
Cooperation: solving tasks together, mutual assistance;
Responsibility: feeling responsible for personal and general tasks;
Communication: communicate, express and listen to thoughts;
Leadership: leadership within a group, encouraging others;
Problem solving: conflict management, decision making.
Teamwork increases students ' social awareness and actively prepares them for school
and community life.
The following principles are considered important in the formation of a team:
1. Develop mutual respect and trust.
Each team member must be able to freely express their opinion and listen to others.
2. Equality and Justice.
The contribution of each member in the team is equal and fairly distributed.
3. Active cooperation.
To carry out activities together to enhance cooperation between team members.
4. Distribution of responsibility.
Each student has a clear knowledge of and responsibility for his / her mission.
5. Flexibility and willingness to change.
It is important that the team learns to adapt to the situation and circumstances.
Stages of team formation
1. Dating and bringing together team members.
Students become familiar with each other's interests, strengths. At this stage, an
atmosphere of trust is created.
2. Setting rules.
Team rules are developed together to provide discipline and responsibility among
members.
3. Distribution of tasks and setting rolls.

Each member is assigned a specific task, which increases the effectiveness of team
activities.
Start activities.
Together, the team performs assignments, solves problems, makes decisions.
5. Assessment and analysis.
The results of the activities are discussed, students exchange ideas and self-assessment.
Methods and methods of forming a team.
Games and role-playing games.
Games encourage student participation through which collaboration and communication
skills develop.
Group discussions.
It teaches to exchange ideas on specific topics, listen to mutual thoughts.
Leadership exercises.
The formation of leadership skills in the team, distributing various tasks and
responsibilities.
Collective project work.
Team members work together on a project to achieve the goal, which increases the
culture of working together.
Positive stimulation.
Each success of the team is recognized, which encourages students to be more active.
Problems that arise when forming a team
Disputes and contradictions.
It is eliminated using open communication and methods of constructive conflict
resolution.
Lack of activity
An individual approach is used to attract inactive students.
Leadership challenges
Equal distribution of leaders and alternating alternations maintain balance.
Low mutual trust

More open communication and team training are organized within the team to build
trust.
The role of the teacher in team formation
The teacher must actively participate as a leader and organizer in the process of forming
a team. His duties included:
Creating a comfortable social environment for the team;
Setting rules and monitoring compliance;
Providing assistance to identify and solve problems;
Motivation and motivation;
Applying an individual approach, taking into account the personal characteristics of
students.
Conclusion:
The formation of a community of students is an important part of the educational
process, which serves the social and personal development of students. Effective teamwork
develops collaboration, responsibility, leadership, and communication skills in students. The
pedagogical skill and correct methodological approach of the teacher play a decisive role in the
successful formation and functioning of the team. Thus, teamwork in the school prepares
students for the life of the community, ensuring their future social activism..
