THE ROLE OF THE CLASS TEACHER IN THE EDUCATIONAL
SYSTEM AT SCHOOL

Abstract:
In the system of educational work at school, the role of the class leader is very
important and multifaceted. The head of the class is one of the central figures of the educational
process, which not only organizes the learning process of students, but also plays an important
role in their educational development, the formation of social skills, as well as the establishment
of effective communication between school and parents. In the system of Educational Affairs,
the activities of the class leader serve to develop the personal qualities of students, adapt them
to the social environment and form in society as active citizens.

INTRODUCTION
The class leader focuses on every situation in the daily lives of the students, constantly
monitoring their behavior, social relationships and success in educational activities. In this
process, the class leader is tasked with working individually with the students, identifying their
problems and taking the necessary measures to eliminate them. The effectiveness of educational
work largely depends on the pedagogical skills of the class leader, his sincerity in
communication with students and their understanding. Another important task of the class
leader is to establish close cooperation with parents. Being in regular contact with parents,
involving them in the educational processes of students, identifying problems in the family
environment and helping to overcome them is one of the main tasks of the class leader. This
cooperation is instrumental in making the educational process of students more productive,
ensuring their social and spiritual development.
MATERIALS AND METHODS
The role of the class leader in the school educational work system is also prominent in
cooperation with other educators and professionals within the school. The head of the class acts
as a coordinator of educational work in the school, plays a leading role in educational activities,
seminars, organization and monitoring of students ' social activities. This serves to improve the
overall educational environment of the school, to form students as healthy and harmonious
individuals. The head of the class pays great attention to the cultural and spiritual development
of students. It introduces readers to national values, customs, culture and traditions, promotes
their respect, awareness of the national identity. At the same time, the class leader also directs

young people to adapt to global processes, acquire modern knowledge and skills. This serves to
ensure that they will grow up to be active and responsible individuals in society in the future. In
the system of Educational Affairs, the role of the class leader is also important in finding a
place for students in the social environment. The class leader is constantly working to develop
the social skills of the students, strengthen the friendship and cooperation relationship between
them, eliminate conflicts and create a healthy competitive environment. This has a positive
effect on the personal and social development of students.[1]
The role of the class leader in the system of Educational Affairs is also manifestede in the
formation of self-management skills of students. It teaches students important life skills such as
managing their time, feeling responsible, making decisions. These skills, on the other hand,
contribute to their formation as a successful person in the future. The head of the class is also
actively involved in promoting the healthy lifestyle of students. It teaches students in matters
related to sports, healthy eating, hygiene rules and other healthy lifestyles, encouraging them to
live healthy lives. This is important in promoting the physical and mental health of students.[2]
RESULTS AND DISCUSSIONS
The role of the class leader in the system of educational affairs in the school is also manifested
in the identification and development of the interests and talents of students. The head of the
class takes into account the individual characteristics of the students and supports them,
organizes their active participation in various circles, competitions and creative events. This
helps to increase students ' self-confidence, to promote their social activism. The class leader
also plays an important role in assessing and analyzing the success of students in the
educational work system. It identifies the achievements and shortcomings of students and
makes recommendations for their further development. This process is an important tool in
monitoring the personal progress of students and improving the educational process. The
activities of the class leader in the system of educational affairs should meet the requirements of
modern education, which are constantly changing. It is necessary that he is ready to master
pedagogical innovations and apply new methods and methods. Also, the head of the class must
constantly improve his pedagogical skills, deeply study the knowledge of modern pedagogy and
psychology.[3]
The role of the class leader in the system of educational affairs not only affects the educational
process of students, but is also decisive in the formation of the educational environment of the
entire school community. The class leader works with teachers, psychologists, social workers
and other professionals to create a healthy, positive and supportive educational environment in
the school. In general, the role of the class leader in the system of educational work at school is
very large and important. He is a central figure in ensuring that students not only process
knowledge, but also develop as individuals, find their place in the social environment, live
healthy and active lives. The pedagogical skills, human qualities and responsible approach of
the class leader have a direct impact on the successful organization of the educational process.
Therefore, the creation of opportunities for further improvement of the activities of the class
leader in schools, increasing its pedagogical potential, the application of modern methods
should be considered as one of the priorities of the educational system. This in turn serves to
shape the younger generation as a competent, knowledgeable and spiritually mature
individual.[4]

The role of the class teacher in increasing the social activity of students is very important and
comprehensive. He encourages students to actively participate in public life, involves them in
various social, cultural and sports events. In this process, the class teacher instills in students
such skills as free expression of their thoughts, cooperation within a team, and sharing of
responsibility. To increase the social activity of students, the class teacher conducts regular
conversations with them, identifies their interests and needs. He also encourages students to
actively participate in various social projects, events in school and community life. This helps
students find their place in society and feel social responsibility. In addition, the class teacher
pays great attention to the development of friendship and solidarity among students. He
organizes teamwork, teaches students to help each other, and solve problems together. This
increases their social skills and shapes them as socially active individuals. Thus, the class
teacher plays an important role in increasing the social activity of students by motivating,
guiding and supporting them. His activities contribute to the active participation of students in
society, their understanding of social responsibility and their development as individuals.[5]
CONCLUSION
In the system of educational affairs in the school, the role of the class leader is important and
multifaceted, it plays a key role in the personal, social and spiritual development of students.
The class leader performs tasks such as identifying and eliminating the problems of students in
their daily lives, directing them to independent thinking, developing social skills, establishing
effective cooperation with parents, coordinating educational work in school. Its activities serve
to shape students as healthy, active and spiritually mature individuals. Therefore, it is necessary
to improve the pedagogical skills of the class leader, encourage his application of innovative
approaches and support his activities, be one of the priorities of the educational system. This, in
turn, serves to increase the effectiveness of educational work in school and educate the younger
generation as a harmonious person.
