IMPORTANCE AND CONTENT OF TREATMENT CULTURE IN
TEACHING ACTIVITIES

Abstract:
This article examines in detail the culture of treatment and the role and importance of
pedagogical psychology in the activities of the teacher. The culture of treatment includes the
speech culture, respect, patience and communicative abilities of the educator. And pedagogical
psychology is aimed at taking into account the individual characteristics of students, managing
stress and increasing motivation. In the modern educational process, these skills are important
in ensuring the psychological well-being of students and improving the quality of Education.

The culture of treatment is important in the professional activity of the teacher, it
forms mutual respect, trust and sincere relations between people. The teacher acts in the
classroom not only as a communicator of knowledge, but also as a leader of the social
environment. For this reason, the culture of its treatment directly affects the behavior of
students, their interest in the lesson and collective psyche.
The culture of treatment consists of the following elements:
Speech culture: colloquial style, tone, methods of communication and relevance to the
topic.
Emotional-motivational culture: control of one's own emotions and awareness of the
emotions of others.
Social culture: compliance with cultural norms in society, the right place in the team.
Moral culture: attitude to events, honesty and adherence to justice.
The teacher's culture of high treatment develops positive qualities in students, such as self-
confidence, free self-expression and respect for each other.
The role of pedagogical psychology in the relationship between teachers and students
Pedagogical psychology allows the teacher to study the psychological characteristics
inherent in the age of students, determine their level of thinking, attention and motivation. On

the basis of this knowledge, the teacher creates a personal approach and helps to develop the
abilities of each student.
The main tasks of pedagogical psychology:
Constant control of the psychological state of students.
Their difficulties, in particular, reduce stress, anxiety and anxiety.
Organization of wellness and mutual assistance of the social environment in the classroom.
Prevention and resolution of conflicts among students.
This approach promotes the individual growth of students and leads them to a positive
attitude towards education.
Modern pedagogical treatment culture: innovations and new approaches
In today's education, the teacher is required not only to give knowledge, but also to apply
innovative pedagogical techniques, organize interactive communication using technologies.
Therefore, the culture of pedagogical treatment also focuses on the following aspects:
Interactive methods: increasing student activity through group work, role-playing games,
analysis of problem situations.
Digital communication: establishing effective communication in online classes, forming a
culture of positive communication on electronic platforms.
Intercultural communication: respect for their cultural characteristics and the
implementation of the principles of inclusion when working with students from a multiethnic
and diverse culture.
Empathy and psychological strength: The Teacher Realizes the feelings of students and
supports them, providing psychological support.
These approaches serve to improve the quality of education and improve the social
adaptation of students.
Pedagogical importance of emotional intelligence and stress resistance
The emotional intelligence of the teacher plays an important role in his professional
success and professional stability. Basic components of emotional intelligence:
Identification and control of one's own emotions.
Understanding and reacting to the feelings of others.
Making the right decisions in stressful situations.
Applying a constructive approach to solving opposite situations.

Stress resistance, on the other hand, helps to overcome the difficulties that arise during
pedagogical activity. To ensure psychological stability, teachers can use meditation, sports,
social support systems, and professional counseling services.
Practical ways to develop treatment culture and psychology
The following methods are effective for the development of treatment culture and pedagogical
psychology:
Professional training and trainings: regular participation in seminars and trainings on the
development of psychological culture, emotional intelligence.
Mentoring system: experienced teachers provide advice and support to novice educators.
Self-development: reading books, studying psychological literature, constantly updating
knowledge through online courses.
Collective activity: exchange of experience, participation in social events in pedagogical
communities.
Psychological support system: strengthening the activities of psychologists in schools,
providing stress management assistance to teachers.
With these methods, teachers can bring their culture of treatment and pedagogical psychology
to a higher level.
Culture of treatment and pedagogical psychology in teacher activities are among the important
professional competencies. They directly affect the content, quality and effectiveness of the
educational process. A culture of treatment is the ability of a teacher to follow the standards of
etiquette in professional communication, to convey his opinion clearly, fluently and respectfully.
This culture is an important factor in the formation of social skills, moral values and qualities of
being able to find the right place in society in students.
Pedagogical psychology, on the other hand, makes it possible for the teacher to deeply analyze
the psychological state of each student, to correctly understand their needs and teach them
based on an individual approach. This in turn increases student activity, interest, and pursuit of
success. At the same time, the positive relationship between the teacher and the student serves
the personal and social development of students, while improving the effectiveness of
Education.
A modern teacher is required not only for erudition, but also for psychological stability,
emotional maturity, social flexibility, the correct use of technology, intercultural
communication skills. He increases the level of pedagogical treatment and psychological
training through his constant desire for reading and learning, his need for self-improvement.
Conclusion.
Therefore, the culture of the teacher's treatment and psychological literacy are an integral part
of his professional qualities. They play a decisive role in carrying the content of education in a

socio-psychological environment and achieving a high quality of modern education.
Whatever the form and content of the future educational system, the main requirement for
the personality of the teacher is to be a knowledgeable, cultured, psychologically mature,
delicate in handling, responsible and kind person. Only then does education become a real
School of education, and the teacher becomes a real coach.
