The contribution of teachers still do not lose its popularity among other jobs in order to nurture
knowledgable generations. The approch of teachers is one of the first step for children to find
their own way. In today's educational world, pupils are able to learn anything and get
information about subjects that they are studying from their first mentors at primary school. In a
later period which means in a higher school after these effective methods and advices of teachers
they could continue to study hard. That is why, nowadays, teachers try to create new technics
and instructions during the lesson, so it will cause successful results. The interactions with
educators not only helps students to expand their knowledge but also they will learn how to

Literature review
Amani Abdullah Bin Jwair said that teachers are artichets of a better tomorrow. He gives useful
insights about learning stlye and ways of instructors at school for pupils. He thought that being a
teacher represents more meaning than only giving a lecture, learning some skills to students, but
they motivate children to be a better version of themselves when they are around 7 or 8 years old
at school. Additionally, he identified that every teachers from primary school serve as a role
model for their students, so if they are able to teach something with patience and deducation,
students will try to like the same in their later studying period (2023, Bin Jwair) . Primary
school's years are considered as a crucial journey for children's cognitive , emotional, social
development, as well. There is given information about educators in a primary phase are tasked
with fostering positive and inclusive learning environment. Thus, primary educators not only
manage the class, also supports children's socio-emotional growth. However, the approch of
mentors during the lesson is not the same, then at the end the result of pupil would be different ,
therefore it is really vital to rely on advice of educators (2024,Carter, E., Molina, E.,
Pushparatnam, A., Rimm-Kaufman, S., Tsapali, M. and Wong, K.K.-Y. ). Doctor Paras Jain
gave clear explanations about importance of teachers in everyone's life. Based on his findings
that performance of pupils doesnot depend on only themselves but it is affected by other factors
including attitudes, behaviours, teaching methods of their mentors. In the education system,
condition of being a good educator helps kids to learn mentally healthy personality and self-
confidence, independent skills. Thus, because of instructor's directions learners can gain
knowledge and personal growth simultenously (2017, Dr Jain). Jivorad Milenovich clarified that
all responsibilities of teachers during the lessons and its advantages. These processes are
preparing, operative, verifying, applying ones. Apart from that, he gave other qualities and
approaches of teachers in terms of professional, scientific, psychological, pedagogical,
methodological and didactic. All of above will have striking effect on pupils educational success
from primary school. That is why primary school mentors are leaders, creators, directly
participant of teaching process in a pupil's well-being (2015,Milenovich ). Yasar Seda
investigated observation and based on her results that primary school teachers prefer to use
student-centered management approach than teacher - centeredi approch. Thus her research
revealed some negative aspects of instructors methods because of their constructivst technics. It
means that some of them still are using tradional ways to teach pupils, her opinion is that
mentors should create interesting and modern atmosphere for students to gain knowledge
(2008,Seda). It is said that despite collaboration happens among all classmates at school,
however it is famous between mentors and students, as well. During that period, they are able to
share ideas, advices. Furthermore, collaboration causes to learn problem - solving skills and
understanding variety methods. By cooperation with teachers, school pupils have opportunities
to know about how to find answer or solution for their questions.Children who have disabilities
will study in a unique environment and they will get new information with cooperation,
collaboration, discussions with not only non-disabled peers, but also with their school instructors.
Thus their role of children's life is vital (¹ R. Mercinah & ² Dr.D.Nirmala ). Education is one of

crucial factor to raise individuals and most important element is teachers. It is given that they
start students-teachers relationship by interacting with children by means of emotions, thought,
behaviour. While students are affected by behaviours of mentors and also by attitudes of them. If
teachers attitude towards leisure activities could be positive, teachers’ encouraging behaviors
towards leisure to children will affect the attitude towards leisure in adulthood. In this sense, the
emotion, thought, behavior and ultimately atitudes of teachers out of their school life gain
importance (2019,Ilgar). Critical thinking is one of the most main skill for education in the
twenty - first century , together with creativity, communication,
collaboration. Group of researchers demonstrated that strategies of primary school educators
promote children's critical thinking a lot. There are several pedagogical methods which are
conducted by teachers during the lesson to enhance students critical thinking, such as focused
discussion, student - led seminar, probl-based learning, role play and fish bowling, as well.
Although by hearing lecture from teachers pupils can get knowledge, but they argued that
learning through questioning is
an
effective
means of
promoting the core skil
of interpretation in
the
learner because it is opposite of learning through being told.
Moreover, without
questioning, there would be
no problematising,deeper
understanding,
or
fostering

the skill of
evaluation – only memorising,
recalling,and copying (2021, Lombardi, Loredana; Thomas, Valérie Marie; Rodeyns, Julie;

Methodology
The author used data collection by learning investigations and findings about the approch and
impact of primary school educators in pupil's all personal growth which includes their social,
professional, academic, emotional path. The writer identifies that almost 90 percent of parents
who pay attention to their kids education support and believe the advantages of teacher's
guidance. Based on their opinions tha are asked by author the first instructors are the first ladder
to begin academic journey of pupil's life. However author also finds that other parents
emphasized the role of parents also will cause to get valuable information and strategies for
students while they are studying at a primary school. Despite their parents, importance of
teacher's direction and role always makes pupil's life easier, interesting, energetic to continue in a
later academic path. That represents that during higher institutions they will be able to stayed
informed, connected with the mentors and get motivated to work hard on themselves , due to
initial impression from their primary school teachers .
Findings and discussions
From all ideas of scientists, in any primary school pupil's educational and overall life journey can
be built with full of achievements by the assistance and advices of their teachers. The writer
discovers that the main benefit is that gaining true direction to continue their academic life.
Indeed, by getting an effective approach from instructors students will clarify their next goals
and they will start to take a step without hesitations. Secondly, during the lesson pupils have
opportunities to improve their not only educational process but they would enhance their
emotional intelligence and self-confidence. Due to encouragement and motivation of their
teachers, all of learners could get positive aspects to pursue knowledge in their life as a

continuous progress. Furthermore, the author says that during interacting with mentors, pupils
can learn wide range of skills in terms of collaboration, cooperation, questioning, debating,
organizational technics and how to be polite with older people from their early age .Addionally,
when children are around 7, they have to get support from educators. If they are aware of
interesting sides of the science or specific subjects through the school teachers, their desire to
learn science will be much more strong . After that, it would lead to invent knowledgable
generations to build society.
Conclusion
Overall, the position of teachers, firstly, never disappeares its benefits and fame in any country,
due to its key part of society's development. Therefore, everyone is getting necessary instructions
and strategies from teachers during the lesson. The writer thinks that in each different subjects at
primary school , with mentors pupils learn various skills, for example in a math their cognitive
thinking and mental well-being improves.According to art or music, students creativity will be
served universally. In chemistry they have a chance to know about being a doctor in the future. If
approach and methods of their educators are good, students will gain anything apart from
knowledge at school. Thus, teachers can guide pupils to the way which would be useful for their
future academic life. In a educational organizations, all of directors, staffs should understand the
importance of teachers and also, parents should be more responsible to choose the best suitable
teacher for their kids from primary school years.
