SHARP ESTIMATES FOR THE APPROXIMATION OF PERIODIC RANDOM PROCESSES AND FIELDS BY JACKSON OPERATORS
In the work, we find sharp estimates for the root-mean-square error of the approximation of -periodic random processes and random fields by linear positive Jackson operators.

This article examines the social aspects of the entrepreneurial factor in theoretical concepts of philosophy. When clarifying the social concepts of entrepreneurship, we relied on developed foreign socio-philosophical theories and carried out their comparative analysis, paying attention to the socio-philosophical theories of philosophers who contributed to the social development of entrepreneurship. This is important when explaining the social aspects of entrepreneurship in the theoretical and methodological concepts of philosophy.

In the article, the author examines the features of the quality management system in the management mechanism of higher education institutions; the relationship between the expected results of its implementation and implementation, as well as conducted a sociological study and presented the results of the analysis in order to study the attitude of the faculty and staff of the university to this management resource.
THE EFFECTIVENESS OF REHABILITATION MEASURES IN WOMEN WITH A UTERINE SCAR
CS often has a certain impact on the subsequent reproductive activity of women: infertility, miscarriage, spontaneous abortion, menstrual irregularities. The study of its long-term consequences and the development of rehabilitation after cesarean section is a pressing issue in obstetrics and gynecology. The purpose of the study is to develop methods of rehabilitation in the postoperative period for the clinical assessment of the condition of women after cesarean section in order to improve subsequent outcomes of pregnancy and childbirth. The study was conducted at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology No. 1 of SamSMU for 2020-2022 on 103 women of reproductive age. Rehabilitation measures (magnetic therapy and ultrasound therapy) led to an improvement in the general condition of women; in the main group, an increase in the amount of type XXVI collagen by 20% was observed; according to ultrasound data, there was a rapid restoration of the postoperative area, doubling during this period.

The potential of Uzbekistan in the field of tourism is huge, there are conditions for its rational use. Each region of our country is developing its own "tourist ring" project to attract domestic and foreign tourists. This article is devoted to the peculiarities of personnel development in the tourism industry in Tashkent. The study describes the content of the competency-based approach from the point of view of the specific characteristics of employees in the tourism sector. In addition, this article analyzes the general classification of competencies, on the basis of which a model for the formation of universal competencies of tourism employees has been developed.
