HEMODYNAMIC EFFECTS OF LATERAL AND SITTING POSITIONS IN SPINAL ANESTHESIA INDUCTION FOR LOWER SEGMENT CAESAREAN SECTION: A COMPARATIVE STUDY

Dr Neha Vakamudi

This comparative study aims to evaluate the hemodynamic effects of the lateral and sitting positions during the induction of spinal anesthesia for lower segment caesarean section (LSCS). The study examines changes in blood pressure, heart rate, and oxygen saturation levels in pregnant women undergoing LSCS under spinal anesthesia in either the lateral or sitting position. A total of [number] pregnant women are included in the study, with half of them randomly assigned to the lateral position group and the other half to the sitting position group. Hemodynamic parameters are monitored at baseline, during the induction of spinal anesthesia, and at regular intervals throughout the surgery. The findings of this study provide valuable insights into the optimal positioning for spinal anesthesia induction during LSCS, helping to ensure the safety and stability of maternal hemodynamics during the procedure.

STUDY OF THE COUNTER-EFFECTS OF THE RELEASE OF PANCREATIC ENZYMES WITH THE INTRODUCTION OF DIGESTIVE FARMS

Sotvoldiyev B.M.

The removal of pancreatic juice from the duodenum increases the secretion of the latter, and the reverse introduction of juice slows it down. The mechanism of this effect has been the subject of lively discussions for many years.

INHIBITORY EFFECT OF CARBOHYDRAZ ON SECRETORY ACTIVITY OF THE PANCREAS

Baybekova G.D.

Since the time of Ivan Petrovich Pavlov's work, it is known that the juice collected from the pancreatic fistula, when it is re-introduced into the duodenum, inhibits the secretion of the pancreas. Most recently, in the works of American, French and Japanese physiologists, this inhibition was associated with the fact that trypsinogen secreted in the pancreatic secretion and trypsin contained in the duodenal contents inhibit the release of the hormone cholicystokininpancreosimin by duodenal endocrine cells - a powerful stimulator of enzyme secretion by the pancreas. This explanation of the reverse reproduction of pancreatic secretion from the duodenum is recognized by most experts. In connection with the above, the study of this problem seems to be an urgent task.

SECRETION OF HYDROLITHIC FERMENTS OF THE PANCREAS AND FERMENTAL HOMEOSTASIS IN CASE OF Y-RADIATION

I.B.Zulunova

The influence of different doses of  γ-rays on the secretion of pancreas’s ferments and fermental homeostasis has been studied on white laboratory non-pedigree male rats (weight 180-200g). The obtained findings showed that  γ-radiation depending on its dosage decreases synthesis of ferments (amilaza, lypaza and proteaza) in the pancreas and their (amilaza and lypaza) incretion to the blood.

A RARE CASE OF RADICULAR CYST ASSOCIATED WITH DILACERATED AND IMPACTED MAXILLARY CENTRAL INCISOR

Dr Rupesh Singh Thakur

Radicular cysts are common odontogenic cysts that usually develop from the epithelial remnants of the dental pulp following pulp necrosis. However, the occurrence of a radicular cyst associated with a dilacerated and impacted maxillary central incisor is a rare and unique clinical finding. This case report presents a rare case of a radicular cyst in association with a dilacerated and impacted maxillary central incisor in a 35-year-old male patient. The patient presented with localized swelling and pain in the anterior maxillary region. Radiographic examination revealed the presence of an impacted maxillary central incisor with severe dilaceration and a radiolucent lesion at the apex. The lesion was diagnosed as a radicular cyst based on histopathological examination following surgical enucleation. The case highlights the importance of considering radicular cysts as a differential diagnosis in cases of impacted and dilacerated teeth and emphasizes the need for prompt diagnosis and appropriate management to prevent complications.

CLASSIFICATION OF CONGENITAL AND ACQUIRED SYNDROMES FOUND IN INFANCY

Sotvoldiyev Bekzodbek Maxamatmusayevich

Failure to thrive is the term used to describe the condition in which a young child fails to gain weight satisfactorily. Common reasons for such poor weight gain are parental neglect or lack of food. On the other hand, a large number of important gastrointestinal disorders may be responsible, including those associated with vomiting, such as food intolerance or obstruction of the upper bowel by pyloric stenosis; disorders of digestion and absorption, including celiac disease and cystic fibrosis; and bowel infections. Amniotic band syndrome (ABS) is a set of congenital malformations attributed to amniotic bands that entangle fetal parts during intrauterine life, which results in a broad spectrum of anatomic disturbances - ranging from minor constriction rings and lymphedema of the digits to complex, bizarre multiple congenital anomalies incompatible with life.

ASPECTS OF COMPLEX TREATMENT OF BURN DISEASE IN ELDERLY AND SENILE AGE

Daminov Feruz Asadullaevich

Purpose of the study.  To develop a system of active surgical tactics for burn patients over 60 years of age based on the intestation of methods of general and local treatment.

Research materials.  In the burn department of the Samarkand branch of the RSCFEMC in the period 2002-2022, 419 elderly and senile patients were treated with burn disease.

Research results.  Treatment of burn disease in the elderly is often aggravated by various complications, which contributes to high mortality.

Conclusions.  Active surgical tactics (RCN, ADP) in patients with deep lesions up to 7-10% does not increase mortality compared to conservative tactics, but reduces the bed-day by 2 times and mortality from 23.6 to 14.3%.
