Abstract:
This article covers the methodological foundations of improving the moral education of future teachers
through the foundations of Islam. The role of religious values in the process of moral education, the principles of
Islamic morality and the methods of forming the moral qualities of the younger generation through them are
analyzed. Also, ways to use the verses of the Quran, hadiths and the theory of Islamic education to improve the
moral level of future teachers are shown. As a result of the research, innovative methods and interactive
approaches are proposed that serve to increase the effectiveness of moral education.

Introduction:
Humanity has long achieved social
development through moral values and human
qualities. Moral education plays a key role in the
spiritual development of every nation and culture.
From this point of view, Islam shows the most perfect
ways to achieve spiritual and moral perfection of a
person. The verses of the Quran and the hadiths of our
Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) perfectly
illuminate the principles of moral education, which are
of universal importance for all periods of humanity.
Modern teachers are not only educators, but also
educators who form goodness, honesty and
responsibility in the hearts of the younger generation.
Therefore, the issue of moral education of future
teachers is not only relevant, but also a vital necessity.
Using the foundations of Islam in the process of moral
education plays an important role in strengthening the
spiritual aspects of the teaching profession and
showing students the right path.
This study studies the methods of using the
foundations of Islam in the moral education of future
teachers,
and
provides
suggestions
and
recommendations for their integration into the
pedagogical process. These methods of moral
education serve not only to increase the professional
potential of future teachers, but also to improve their
personal qualities. Thus, this topic is not only of
scientific importance, but also of incomparable
importance for the development of society and
spiritual revival.
METHODOLOGY
The success of any research in the field of improving
moral education depends, first of all, on the chosen
methodology. This is no exception in the issue of
ensuring the moral maturity of future teachers through
the foundations of Islam. This study aims to achieve
effective results by using integrated methods of
scientific-empirical,
theoretical
analysis
and
pedagogical practice. In this process, the extent to
which religious values are compatible with the modern
pedagogical process and the possibilities of their
effective use were determined. Also, the works of
Muslim scholars on moral education were studied and
ways of their application in today's pedagogical
activities were studied.
In the research process, interactive teaching methods
were used, including role-playing, discussion and
debate, and problem-solving methods. In particular,
exercises were conducted in making moral decisions in
real pedagogical situations, citing examples from the

verses of the Quran and hadiths. This method
developed not only theoretical knowledge in students,
but also skills in applying them to life.
In the methodological approach, special attention was
paid to enriching the educational process with
innovative technologies. A methodology for teaching
Islamic moral values to teachers through online
platforms and interactive programs was developed.
This served to adapt the process of moral education to
the modern educational environment.
At the same time, the moral level of future teachers
and their activity in the educational process were
studied through empirical research. The results in this
regard helped to assess and improve the effectiveness
of moral education methods. This methodology has
expanded the possibilities of approaching moral
education based on religious foundations and has
shown itself to be an effective way to lead the
personality of future educators to spiritual perfection.
Literature analysis
In forming the theoretical foundations of this study,
many sources on religious, pedagogical and moral
education were consulted. First of all, the principles of
moral education in the verses of the Quran and the
hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon
him) were deeply analyzed. The Quran itself contains
valuable instructions on the highest levels of morality
and teachings aimed at improving human qualities,
including patience, honesty, justice and responsibility.
The hadiths are instructions for implementing these
values in practice.
The works of classical scholars of the Islamic school of
ethics, in particular Imam Ghazali, Ibn Sina and Al-
Farabi, play an important role in determining the
theoretical foundations of moral education. Imam
Ghazali's work "Ihya ulumiddin" deeply analyzed the
influence of moral qualities on the human psyche. Ibn
Sina, on the other hand, highlighted the role and
importance of moral education in the formation of a
person.
From modern scientific literature, the works of A.
Hasan, Y. Qaradagi and other Islamic thinkers on moral
education helped to expand the theoretical scope of
the study. These works show the directions of adapting
the foundations of Islam to the pedagogical process in
raising the moral level of students.
National and foreign pedagogical research was also
analyzed as an important source. The works of Uzbek
educators, including Kh. Turayev, Z. Fayzullayeva and
M. Tursunov on the theory and practice of education,
revealed the possibilities of integrating Islamic moral
values into the educational process. Theories of moral
development of foreign researchers, including J.
Kohlberg and E. Erikson, showed the possibilities of
combining religious values with general pedagogical
approaches.
In the process of literature analysis, the integration of
religious and secular approaches was identified as the
main direction of effective organization of moral
education. This creates a basis for the scientific validity
of the research results and their application in practice.
DISCUSSION
Moral education, especially in the spiritual and moral
formation of future teachers, has always been a
relevant topic. The foundations of the Islamic religion
create a strong foundation for a deeper understanding
and effective organization of this process. In the
process of analyzing the results of this study, several
important aspects emerged.
First of all, it was found that teaching moral values
through the verses of the Quran and hadiths serves not
only the spiritual elevation of the individual, but also
improves the cultural environment in society. It was
found that enriching the content of moral education for
future teachers with religious values will help them not
only to impart knowledge, but also to form human
qualities. Because Islamic morality includes such
qualities as honesty, justice, tolerance and patience.
During the study, it was found that the flexible
integration of the use of the foundations of the Islamic
religion into the educational process increases
pedagogical efficiency. For example, analyzing the
verses of the Quran using interactive methods during
the lesson and linking them with real-life situations
strengthens the sense of moral responsibility in future
teachers. This approach allows students to apply not
only theoretical knowledge, but also moral values in
everyday life.
At the same time, positive results were observed from
the introduction of innovative technologies in moral
education. Interactive teaching of Quranic verses and
hadiths using online platforms and multimedia tools
not only increased the effectiveness of moral
education, but also increased the interest of future
teachers in the educational process. This proves that
religious values can be appropriately introduced into
the modern educational environment.
At the same time, some problems were also identified
during the discussions. There is a possibility of
stereotypes
and
misinterpretations
in
the
implementation of moral education based on religious
principles. This situation necessitates the need to
carefully select materials for moral education and
adapt them to modern pedagogical approaches. Moral

education through the foundations of Islam is of
immense importance in shaping future teachers as
comprehensively mature and responsible individuals.
However, the success of this process depends on its
correct implementation in the pedagogical process and
the relevance of educational materials. The discussions
show that the combination of religious and modern
approaches is the main key to increasing the
effectiveness of moral education.
CONCLUSION
The rise of each society is based, first of all, on its moral
values. Future teachers are important mediators who
shape these values and pass them on to future
generations. During the study, the importance of the
foundations of Islam in the process of moral education
and their impact on the pedagogical process were
studied in depth. This process not only enriches future
teachers personally and spiritually, but also raises their
professional competence to a new level.
Islam is a powerful source of moral education, and its
values, combined with the modern education system,
leave a deep mark on the minds of students. The
methodology developed on the basis of the Quran and
Hadiths, made it possible to introduce new approaches
to moral education. This method not only enhances the
inner world of the individual, but also serves to educate
leaders who will make positive changes in society.
The results of the study showed that combining
religious foundations with modern technologies and
interactive methods is very important in increasing the
effectiveness of the pedagogical process. Students
learn not only to study religious and moral values
theoretically, but also to apply them in real life. It is this
aspect that is of decisive importance in the personal
and professional development of future teachers.
At the same time, it was found that caution and a
scientific approach are necessary when working with
religious foundations. The success of moral education
depends on the ability to protect these values from
negative interpretations and adapt them to the
understanding of students.
In conclusion, the methodology of moral education of
future teachers using the foundations of Islam serves
not only the educational system, but also the general
spiritual development of society. Further improvement
and widespread use of this methodology will create the
basis for the moral and spiritual perfection of the future
generation. This, in turn, will serve as a solid foundation
for the stability and development of our society.
