Requirements for professional competence and personal qualities of a visual arts teacher
This article analyzes the development and enhancement of personal qualities and professional competencies required of teachers in organizing modern educational processes. Key personal attributes of teachers, such as love for the homeland, loyalty to national values, preservation of historical heritage, interest in societal reforms, and attention to their outcomes, are highlighted. Additionally, the article emphasizes the importance of teachers' moral, managerial, and scientific-methodological preparation, their inclination toward innovative processes, and their ability to engage in continuous self-mprovement as fundamental criteria of the teaching profession. Challenges faced by young teachers in adapting to educational institutions, their relationships with colleagues, and the significance of supporting them are also addressed.
