This article discusses English as one of two subjects in medical institutes which includes a state exam at the end of the provided course, which directly proves great attention and highlights a special place in the education of the English language for medical students. In this regard, English is no longer might be considered a secondary subject. Globalization and accelerated exchange of information requires knowledge of the language of international communication and, in particular, its special features and the use of terminology in the medical professions.
The presented literature review examines the problems of the mental and somatic status of patients in need of dental implantation, as well as the state of the organs and tissues of the oral cavity and the dentoalveolar system due to the appearance of age-related changes and disorders in them, which affects the outcome of dental implantation. The search for sources was carried out in the databases: Scopus, Springer Nature, Ebsco Host, Google Shcolar for the period from 2020-2021
