Introduction
In today's education system, inclusive education is one of the innovations aimed at creating equal
opportunities for all students, including those with disabilities or different social, cultural, and
economic backgrounds. Inclusive education allows students to learn while considering their
individual needs and abilities, activating them in the educational process and serving to promote
equality and justice in society.
The Essence and Importance of Inclusive Education
Inclusive education aims to ensure equal educational opportunities for all students, regardless of
their disabilities or other differences. Its essence lies in organizing the educational process by
considering the unique characteristics, needs, and abilities of each student, thus ensuring equality
and fairness.
Key Factors in Improving Preparedness for Inclusive Education
1. Teacher Qualifications: Teachers must be well-trained through special programs to effectively
implement
inclusive
education.
2. Use of Assistive Technologies: Tools like screen readers, Braille, and voice assistants support
students
with
special
needs.
3. Development of Individual Learning Plans: Tailoring educational content and methods to each
student's needs.
Psychological Support for Students
Psychological preparation is vital to help students feel confident, active, and socially integrated.
Institutions should offer psychological support services and organize special training and
seminars to enhance students' interest and motivation.

Developing Inclusive Education in Society
Society must be engaged in promoting inclusive education values. Collaboration among teachers,
parents, and the community is crucial for building an effective inclusive system and fostering a
culture of acceptance and support for students with disabilities.
Conclusion
Improving students' preparedness for inclusive education is a vital task for the education system
and society. It requires adapting institutions, training teachers, and promoting inclusive values,
ensuring every student has the opportunity to develop their full potential and contribute to a fair
and stable society.
