INCREASING THE RESPONSIBILITY OF PARENTS AS EDUCATORS OF A
PERFECT GENERATION - THE NEED OF THE TIME

Abstract:
Family is an integral part of society. Among modern parents, not only those who want
to raise their children correctly, but also those who do not always know how to do it correctly
prevail. In this article, the components of the family's educational potential and criteria indicators,
the importance of increasing parental responsibility in child education are analyzed.
Also, the importance of social cooperation in improving the educational potential of parents was
discussed.

Family is an integral part of society. Each family has specific educational opportunities or
educational potential. There is no nation, nation or society that has not taken into account the
problems and values of the family and its surroundings in the history of its development and
in defining the development perspective. Any perspective cannot be imagined apart from the
interests of the family. After all, family is the beginning of life for everyone, the prelude to
everything. In addition, every person connects his happiness and happiness first of all with his
family, that is, only a person who is happy in his home and family feels fully happy.
It is worth noting that the existence of the family is primarily related to the performance of the
duties of the father and mother. Parents play a primary role in the development of a child. If the
father and mother perform their duties positively in the family, that is, if the child develops
feelings of respect for the family, parents, and the elderly, then when he starts a family in the
future, he will try to educate his children in the same way.
After all, it is said in the holy Hadith Sharifs about the educational status of father and mother:
"No parent can give their child a gift more than good manners." When we read Hazrat Alisher
Navoi, his words of purmana that "A child is better than everything in life, superior and worthy
of love. That's why not paying attention to the child, leaving him unsupervised, not giving him
the right upbringing at the right time, may lead to bad consequences later" indicate that the
responsibility of parents regarding child education is a national value in our nation.
The atmosphere in the family depends first of all on the nature of intimate relations between its
members. As long as there is an all-round healthy environment in our families, our children will
grow to maturity, and a society with well-rounded citizens will never suffer. As long as the
support of the society is a healthy family, such a country, whose children are able to think at the
level of the nation, will not deviate from the path of sustainable development, and all the reforms
we are implementing will definitely be effective.
Thus, the family is a historical system of relations formed between spouses, parents and children,
its members are connected to each other by kinship and marriage. It is known that the family has
fulfilled the task of keeping good and acceptable traditions and values intact and passing
them on to the next generation. Accordingly, even today, one of the main tasks of the family is to
ensure continuity in the upbringing of generations, characteristic of the nation.
Just as changes in society affect the family, changes in the family also have an effect on society.

The formation of a child as a person, the development of dreams and aspirations for the future
are decided in the family environment. Family goodwill and reciprocity have an impact on the
environment. It is known from the ongoing research that children have a special role in the rise
or fall of the reputation of parents.
It became known that this process has a special character, especially in the families of
pedagogues, scientists, and people working in leadership positions. It was found that 37 percent
of the employees working in leadership positions do not forget their parental responsibility by
devoting time to raising children in the family, they look at their children's upbringing with great
concern and concern despite their busy schedule, and the attitude of parents towards their
children is at the level of pedagogical and psychological requirements.
In particular, the fact that the child does the household chores ordered by the parents on time,
takes permission or blessings from the parents before going to study or work, behaves politely
according to the wishes of the parents as much as possible, answers "labbay" when the parents
ask, shows that the child is fulfilling his duty to the parents correctly in the family environment.
At the same time, the researchers found out in surveys that the leading parents devote very little
time to raising children. from the leading parents, first of all, fathers said that they could hardly
spare time for raising children.
Leaders, first of all, those who work as leaders in the pedagogical team, pedagogues and trainers,
because they are always in the eyes of the people and people as intellectuals, they must be an
example to everyone in terms of family and family relations, and in turn, they must be an
example in all respects in the upbringing and education of their children.
Leaders and pedagogues should pay special attention to the psychological readiness of young
people for family and marriage while teaching them to make full and full use of their
opportunities to protect peace, tolerance and health in the family.
Therefore, if we know that patriotism and patriotism are necessary qualities for a mature
generation, first of all we should teach parents to emdiv in the eyes of their children the image
of a person who is loyal to the values of their family, neighborhood, city or village, country,
a perfect master in their profession, who believes in the future, and first of all, to work with
minor children and educate them. we need to create guides.
A parent who wants his child to be hardworking, skillful, agile and intelligent must first of all
show that he is prudent, tasteful, patient, not afraid of difficulties, honest and diligent in every
action he takes.
Mother and father must know all the factors that ensure the upbringing of the child. As the child
perceives them psychologically, he takes an example from them in all behavior. Educational
organizations that help the family in this work should find a way to the heart of each student,
knowing the family he is a child of, the nature of the parent-child relationship in it.
Neighborhood activists should introduce the most popular methods and forms of education of
young people growing up in every household, based on our values, and ensure the
implementation of the "Family-neighborhood-educational institution cooperation concept" in
practice.
Of course, all this first of all creates in the hearts of our children a desire to build a strong and
harmonious family in the future, so we prepare our children for the future life with our own
efforts. The most important thing is to protect our youth from various harmful vices, drugs,
immorality, irreligion, threats of "mass culture" by making our family fortress healthy and
friendly.
Based on the above, what should intellectuals, first of all, teachers and leaders of the educational
sector pay attention to?
First, taking into account the urgency of raising our children on the basis of national education,
morals, and high spirituality, improving the most effective and practically tested methods and
approaches to stabilize the family environment and spirituality in it;
Secondly, based on the fact that the family is the first place for the formation of a child's mind,
the material and spiritual foundations of further strengthening the educational possibilities of

parenthood should be studied scientifically and practically, and practical recommendations
should be developed;
Thirdly, according to the nature of our national mentality, the role of the neighborhood factor in
determining the level of upbringing of a child's personality is great, and the saying
"Neighborhood is both father and mother" is not in vain. Therefore, using the potential of the
most active, experienced, high-spiritual citizens of the neighborhood, it is necessary to organize
various educational centers, clubs, clubs, social skill centers, counseling centers, social institutes
such as "Hotlines" and to improve the methods of monitoring their effectiveness. establishing
practical and effective cooperation of educational and vocational training institutions;
Fourthly, based on the large role of women in the family environment and healthy relationships
in it, improving advanced and effective pedagogical psychological methods of increasing the
cooperation of mothers, school psychologists, neighborhood counselors on issues of religious
enlightenment and spiritual and moral education in the upbringing of girls; pay great attention to
girls becoming professional and educated.
