Abstract:
This article analyzes the importance and effectiveness of the methodology of
professionally-oriented differentiated education in the process of training students in the field of
economics. The article studies the theoretical foundations of differentiated education, its
integration into the educational process in the field of economics, as well as its role in the
development of students' professional skills. Strategies are proposed to improve the quality of
education, deepen students' knowledge and improve their professional training through the
practical application of the methodology. The study shows the effectiveness of differentiated
education methods adapted to the individual characteristics of the educational process.

Introduction:
In the conditions of the modern economy, the training of qualified and
competitive specialists is explained by the increasing requirements. Therefore, it is important to
improve the educational process in economics, introduce vocationally-oriented approaches, and
use a differentiated education system that takes into account the individual capabilities of
students. The methodology of vocationally-oriented differentiated education allows preparing
students for the needs of the modern labor market by organizing the educational process in stages
and on the basis of levels.
The differentiated education approach involves dividing students into groups depending on their
level of knowledge and skills, and using educational materials and methods appropriate for each
group. This methodology serves to improve the quality of education, ensure the effectiveness of
the educational process, and reduce knowledge gaps between students. In particular, the role of
differentiated education in acquiring complex theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of
economics, as well as in developing practical skills, is invaluable.
The article discusses the theoretical foundations of the methodology of professionally-oriented
differentiated education, its application to the educational process in the field of economics, as
well as methods for increasing the effectiveness of the methodology. In addition, innovative
educational technologies aimed at an individual approach and improving student skills are also
considered. The results of the research will serve to optimize the educational process and
improve the quality of training qualified specialists in the field of economics.
Main part:
Vocationally-oriented differentiated education (VDE) is a system of dividing
students into groups according to their level of knowledge, skills and abilities and developing
special educational materials and teaching methods for each group. This approach is aimed at
ensuring individual development opportunities, taking into account the differences in knowledge
between students.
The theoretical foundations of VDE are to strengthen the individual approach in higher education,

increase the efficiency of the educational process and improve the quality of professional
training. This methodology ensures a systematic and gradual acquisition of knowledge in
complex economic disciplines, while facilitating the process of mastering for students.
Knowledge and skills in the field of economics play a key role in the professional activities of
students. Vocationally-oriented differentiated education helps to effectively organize the
educational process in economics. Through this approach, students acquire not only theoretical
knowledge, but also practical skills, while preparing for the requirements of the labor market.
For example, in the field of economics, there may be separate training modules and areas of
activity for students divided into areas such as “Finance”, “Marketing”, “Accounting and Audit”.
A differentiated education approach requires the organization of educational materials, seminars
and practical exercises adapted to each group.
In the process of implementing professionally-oriented differentiated education, students are first
divided into knowledge levels through diagnostic tests or assessment tools. At this stage, the
strengths and weaknesses of students are identified and a learning strategy is developed for each
group. For example, students with strong knowledge have the opportunity to study advanced
subjects and conduct independent research, while those with lower knowledge levels are given
basic concepts and more practical exercises. This approach serves to individualize the learning
process.
Also, activities such as projects, group work, and solving problem situations are regularly
organized to develop skills among students. This methodology helps to improve students'
professional skills, develop independent thinking and analytical skills.
The main advantages of CLT include an individual approach, increased educational efficiency,
increased student motivation, deepening of knowledge and strengthening of practical skills.
Differentiated education allows for a systematic and controlled educational process. However,
there are some limitations in implementing this methodology. For example, it requires a certain
level of qualification and methodological training of teachers, there may be a lack of educational
resources and time. Also, the process of grouping students is likely to lead to uncertainties and
errors in assessment.
Information and communication technologies (ICT) play an important role in the effective
organization of CLT in the modern educational process. With the help of distance learning
platforms, electronic learning resources and interactive programs, students can independently
study materials appropriate to their level. Also, online tests, assessment systems, and virtual
laboratories make the professionally-oriented differentiated learning process more convenient
and effective, which significantly improves the quality of student training in economics.
The study examined the impact of the methodology of professionally-oriented differentiated
education on the process of preparing students in the field of economics. According to the data
obtained, dividing students into groups according to their knowledge and skills, using
educational materials and methods adapted for each group, significantly improves the quality of
education. The results of the diagnostic assessment showed that there are differences in
knowledge and skills among students, therefore, an individual approach was necessary. With the
help of the differentiated education approach, strong students were able to study more complex
topics, while those with a lower level of knowledge mastered the basic concepts more deeply.
Also, through practical exercises and projects, students strengthened their professional skills,
increased their ability to think independently and analyze. Communication between teachers and
students became more effective, and the level of motivation increased. The introduction of
innovative educational technologies made the educational process more interactive and flexible.
Through online platforms, students were able to learn and assess themselves in a timely manner.
Results
1. Educational efficiency increased: As a result of the introduction of professionally-oriented
differentiated education, students began to master their knowledge more deeply and effectively.
2. An individual approach was provided: By grouping students, an educational process adapted
to the abilities and needs of each was organized.

3. Professional skills were developed: Students strengthened their professional skills through
practical exercises, projects, and solving problem situations.
4. Student motivation increased: Interactivity and a personal approach in the educational process
increased student interest and participation.
5. The effectiveness of innovative technologies: The educational process became more
convenient and effective with the help of ICT tools.
In general, the results of the study showed that the methodology of professionally-oriented
differentiated education is an effective tool in preparing students in the field of economics.
Wider implementation of this approach could help improve the quality of education.
Conclusion:
The results of the study showed that the methodology of professionally-oriented
differentiated education allows to significantly improve the quality of education in the process of
preparing students in the field of economics. Dividing students into groups according to the level
of knowledge and skills, using educational materials and methods adapted for each group is of
great importance in increasing the effectiveness of the educational process.
This approach serves to reduce the differences in knowledge and skills between students, ensure
an individual approach and increase student motivation. Also, with the help of professionally-
oriented differentiated education, students have the opportunity to further develop their
professional abilities, strengthen practical skills, and form independent thinking and problem-
solving skills.
The introduction of innovative information and communication technologies makes the
educational process interactive, flexible and effective, which helps students to be more actively
involved in the learning process. However, for the successful implementation of the
methodology, it is necessary to improve the skills of teachers, create educational resources and
constantly monitor the educational process.
In the future, further improvement of professionally-oriented differentiated education, integration
of new pedagogical technologies and enrichment of the educational process with innovative
approaches are considered promising areas. This will be of great importance in ensuring the
training of qualified, knowledgeable and modern students in the field of economics.
Thus, it was found that the methodology of professionally-oriented differentiated education is an
effective tool that not only improves the quality of the educational process, but also has a
significant impact on the professional development of students.
