This study examines the structural similarities and differences between the university education systems of Slovakia and Uzbekistan. Using a comparative analytical framework, we investigate institutional structures, educational policies, pedagogical approaches, and recent reform initiatives. Findings reveal significant convergence in Bologna Process adoption and STEM emphasis, while highlighting substantial differences in governance models, funding mechanisms, and cultural-historical influences. These insights contribute to understanding how diverse educational models adapt to global standards while maintaining distinctive national characteristics in higher education.
