Abstract:

This article explores the concept of synergetics, methods for teaching the subject of

education in schools using a synergetic approach, and how to provide students with a broader

understanding of this term. It also highlights the advantages of the synergetic approach in

educational settings.

In today’s world, synergetics is considered one of the main factors in shaping a new worldview

among young students. The interest of young learners in working based on new trends remains a

pressing issue. Creative and prognostic thinking helps students function as a self-organizing

system. Developing a unique new method greatly contributes to the educational process.

Synergetic mechanisms such as openness and non-linearity, along with thoughtful consideration,

play a leading role in creating modern educational terms and identifying them as unique systems

for training and nurturing students. Synergetics can significantly aid in the development of

modern educational frameworks. The synergetic approach is a scientific field focused on

developing systematically organized systems and can be applied in training young specialists.

This approach introduces new opportunities for self-organization among students within

multidimensional, complex, and alternative cognitive processes. Acknowledging the role of

randomness in students’ self-development is vital. It is important to note that integral synergetic

systems consist of several complex system components that operate under conditions of diversity,

randomness, spontaneity, and unpredictability. The challenge is that young professionals must

quickly respond to constant changes in their academic and professional activities and possess

high career adaptability. In short, the synergetic approach is a key factor in improving student

training in modern higher education institutions. Every child is unique and unrepeatable. A

person’s individuality is shaped by various individual and social development factors that affect

their psychology. Developing students’ creative activity requires fostering self-awareness and the

concept of 'self' – a system of conscious and unconscious perceptions that form their behavior. In

synergetic education, humanizing the learning process is a crucial aspect of growth. This

approach aids in addressing global ecological and spiritual challenges. It provides a practical

pathway for overcoming ecological crises and aligning societal and natural progress. In this

context, modern society must prioritize the development of individuals and their cultural

consciousness – essential for sustainable civilization. Pedagogical methods should be based on

psychological principles, using various teaching forms and methods grounded in specific didactic

principles. Students’ activities in the learning process help them acquire knowledge, skills, and

perform cognitive, creative, aesthetic, and communicative tasks. These tasks are carried out with

defined goals, tools, techniques, and results. Implementing synergetic ideas in education is

highly effective. One key requirement of educational modernization is integrating scientific

education with cultural values while promoting student self-organization. A synergetic analysis

of environmental issues implies an ecocentric approach to nature and society's desire to preserve

the planet. It suggests resisting the destruction of nature, fostering a new ecological mindset that

supports humanity’s survival. Synergetic ideas are most effective when harmonized with natural

sciences and humanities. A synergetic approach in education and training enhances lesson

effectiveness and represents a new level of interdisciplinary integration. In primary education,

this approach encourages complex, interconnected assessments of phenomena rather than

simplistic classifications. For instance, integrated education allows for comprehensive teaching

using scientific knowledge, literature, music, and art, which positively influences children’s

emotional and moral development and fosters creative thinking.
Synergetics holds great significance for higher education as it is linked to the emergence of new

paradigms. It encompasses interpersonal communication fields that promote continuous

development in the higher education system. Synergetic cognition emphasizes communicative-

activity processes. In today’s youth education, it is essential to instill national values and noble

traits of our national mentality. National education means shaping the young generation

according to their nation’s cultural and moral qualities. Our esteemed President Sh.M.

Mirziyoyev has emphasized the importance of youth education, stating: “It is natural that youth

development occupies a special place in the ‘Year of Dialogue with the People and Human

Interests.’ In this regard, we will take our work to a new level by creating the necessary

conditions for our children, establishing new educational, cultural, artistic, and sports facilities,

building housing for young families, ensuring youth employment, and broadly engaging them in

entrepreneurship. We see the modernization of all levels of the education system based on

modern requirements as our top priority.” In conclusion, a synergetic approach to education and

training not only enhances lesson effectiveness but also signifies a new quality of

interdisciplinary integration. In higher education, it promotes a complex, interconnected analysis

of various phenomena rather than categorizing them in isolation. For instance, integrated

education allows for a multifaceted teaching approach through science, literature, music, and art,

which positively impacts students’ emotional and ethical growth and fosters creative thinking.

Conclusion:

We can list several key synergetic mechanisms crucial for shaping students’ new

worldviews: self-education, mastering methods of self-development, transitioning to new

structures of knowledge and behavior, dialogic thinking and lifestyle transformation, non-linear

and cognitive changes, and organized spontaneity. Therefore, we conclude that unique styles and

new approaches in education are currently essential. Synergetics is among the urgent issues in

forming modern educational concepts for teaching and training students.
