Introduction
One of the urgent tasks facing the education system today is to ensure that students become well-
rounded, knowledgeable, active and conscious individuals. In this process, the joint cooperation
of teachers and parents plays an important role. One of the most important factors influencing a
child's life, especially at the primary education stage, is the close relationship between the family
and the school. Successful education is formed, first of all, on the basis of mutual trust, respect
and joint action between teachers and parents.
Main part
1. The content of teacher-parent cooperation
Cooperation between teachers and parents is the movement of two important educational
environments, namely the school and the family, towards a common goal. This cooperation is
manifested in the following forms:
Periodic parent meetings;
Individual conversations and consultations;
Supervision and assistance through homework;
Participation in festive events;
Communication on social networks and electronic platforms.
Through these activities, the teacher becomes aware of the student's family situation, interests,
potential and problems, and parents have the opportunity to monitor their child's progress and
development dynamics at school.
2. Specific aspects of cooperation in the primary school
Primary school students are strongly psychologically and socially dependent on their parents.
Therefore, the teacher at this stage should ensure the active involvement of parents in the

educational process. For example: Providing advice to parents on the child's daily upbringing,
discipline and habits;
Taking into account the parents' opinion when assessing the socio-emotional state of students;
Offering methods that encourage learning at home.
This approach ensures the child's harmonious development in the classroom and at home.
3. Conditions for effective cooperation
The following factors make cooperation between teachers and parents effective:
Mutual respect and trust: Both parties recognize their responsibility for the child and support
each other;
Open communication: Solving problems without hiding, exchanging ideas;
Consistency: Continuous communication and exchange of ideas throughout the year;
Creating a positive environment: Joint analysis of the child's successes and failures and positive
encouragement.
If parents consider the teacher to be the only one responsible for the lesson, or if the teacher
considers the parents to be indifferent and weakens communication - this has a negative impact
on the child's development.
Conclusion
In conclusion, effective cooperation between teachers and parents is one of the important factors
of successful education. If a child has the same approach, attention and motivation at school and
at home, his interest in learning increases, his personal development accelerates. Therefore, the
teacher should always involve parents in the educational and educational process, and they
should actively participate in the fate of their child.
