honesty, avoiding bad people, avoiding bad manners, and relying on good people [5]. According

to the available data, the educational problems of the peoples of Central Asia have been

associated with national traditions, spiritual foundations and norms of behavior, which have been

universally recognized since ancient times Therefore, in the educational process of ancestral life

as early as that time, the national values expressed in the spiritual, moral and religious

foundations of the people played an important role. In this regard, it is assumed that modern

pedagogical science pays more attention to the study of the state of introduction of spiritual and

moral factors of national values and traditions in education. Especially their information in

written sources, which has come down to us, is gaining importance as a scientific and practical

need. In the form of a collection of books, highlighting the place of national values in

educational issues, for the peoples of Central Asia, the first full source is Avesta. This book is the

focus of attention in terms of importance and the power of influence on readers. The book

contrasts positive qualities such as dishonesty and chastity, man and Justice, apostasy and

rightness with negative superstitions such as tyranny and tribulation, extortion and bribery,

muteness and hypocrisy.
