ANNOTATION:

The concepts of agility and agility and the need to develop ideas about the

emphasis on agility and agility in the training of volleyball players on a global scale have been

mentioned. opinions have been expressed on the importance and types of sports exercises,

changing exercises for the development of agility and agility, as well as special exercises.

The process of training volleyball players on a global scale is very complex and comprehensive.

This process can be divided into several main stages:

1.Early stage training (development of young volleyball players)

Influence on other sports:

general physical fitness is of great importance in the training of young volleyball players. Many

successful volleyball players were initially involved in other sports. It develops general sports

skills, such as speed, agility, strength and balance.

Mastering technical skills:

young children are taught the basic technical elements of volleyball,

such as receiving the ball, serving, throwing the ball, blocking, etc.k.

Physical fitness:

volleyball is a physically demanding sport, so proper physical training

of young athletes is necessary. It involves the development of strength, endurance, speed,

elasticity and coordination.

2. Tactical and psychological training

Tactical training: volleyball does not consist solely of physical training. It is important to

understand the strategy of the game and determine the strengths and weaknesses of the opponent.

Successful volleyball players must be able to read the opponent's game and implement team

strategies.

Psychological training:

volleyball is also a difficult sport psychologically. Athletes are taught to

manage stress during the game, perseverance in fighting the opponent and maintain a positive

spirit. Team spirit and communication also play a very important role.

3. Curricula and competitions

Training programs:

training programs for Professional volleyball players include not only

technical and tactical training, but also training athletes physically and psychologically. These

programs are developed and developed by highly qualified coaches.

4. Training in Professional teams

High level training:

volleyball players are trained in high level teams or national teams. In these

teams, athletes are coached by the best professionals and training is carried out on the basis of

special programs for them.

Study and programs:

national and international teams provide athletes with the opportunity to

constantly improve coaches, medical and physiotherapeutic skills in order to perfect their

International competitions:

international volleyball competitions play an important role in the

high level of training of volleyball players. At the Olympics, the World Championships,

continental championships and other major competitions allow athletes to increase their level.

Experience sharing:

through international tournaments and training, volleyball players learn

from other countries and acquire new techniques and tactics.

6. Scientific research and innovation

Technology and science:

scientific approaches and technologies in the training of volleyball

players, such as video analysis, biomechanical analysis, sports medicine and physiology, are of

great importance. These approaches help improve athlete outcomes, prevent injuries, and

maintain overall health.

Medical and physiotherapeutic care:

injuries are very common in volleyball, so athletes will

need special physiotherapy and rehabilitation programs to maintain their health.

7. Coaching qualifications and development

Highly qualified coaches:

the role of coaches in the training of volleyball players is huge. A

good coach will help the athlete to effectively and correctly organize the learning process. At the

global level, the best coaches regularly update their knowledge, learn new trends in techniques

and tactics.

The training process of volleyball players is based not only on physical and technical aspects, but

also on psychological, tactics and strategy, science and medicine. This complex process is

constantly developing on a global scale, covering new approaches and techniques.

Volleyball is a sport that requires a high level of speed and agility. The success of professional

volleyball players at the world level often depends on the degree of development of these

qualities. Special attention to agility and agility in trainings has become a global trend, since

modern volleyball is accompanied by great speed and technical complexity.

The role of speed and agility in volleyball

1.The importance of quickness:

the ability to respond quickly is a key factor, for example,

when defending or blocking the ball. It determines the speed of Decision-Making of volleyball

players and the implementation of tactical plans.

2.The importance of agility: the ability to quickly change the direction of movement during the

game, maintain balance and perform complex coordination movements. Agility plays a decisive

role in the combinations of attack and defense. 2. Advanced methods of training volleyball

players on a global scale

A. Plyometric exercises Plyometric exercises are used to increase the explosive strength of the

muscles and develop agility

For example, jumps, quick sprints, and reaction speed boosters are

widely used in the training of volleyball players.

B. Reaction and decision-making exercises To adapt to unconventional situations, athletes are

trained using Special Reaction Technologies and playful exercises. This type of exercise

develops the ability to anticipate the movements of the opponent

C. Speed and agility testing systems With the help of modern technologies, such as Smart Speed

and Agility Ladder, the speed and agility indicators of athletes are measured and improved.

D. Video analysis and tactical training

• Worldwide, video analysis is used to refine athletes ' movements and make positional decisions

in the game fast.

3. Advanced experiences in world countries

1. USA:

Plyometric and agility-based training in the preparation of volleyball players in the USA

is an integral part of physical training. Special programs have been developed in the NCAA

University league to enhance athletes ' fast-paced decision-making skills.

2. Japan:

In Japanese volleyball schools, a lot of attention is paid to the development of agility,

starting with junior students. Japanese volleyball players are known for their ability to perform

short and fast movements, which brings them success in global competitions.

3. Brazil:

Brazilian volleyball schools increase agility by organizing team games. It helps to

adapt to changing situations and strengthen team tactics.

4. Russia:

Special programs have been developed in Russia aimed at the development of

strength and agility of volleyball players. To develop the ability to jump, plyometric and

maximum strength-based training are used.

4. Experiments in Uzbekistan

The national Olympic Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan is implementing programs

aimed at developing agility and agility of volleyball players.

Among young people, national games and modern training methods are used harmoniously.

Local coaches strive to master international experiences and introduce them to the process of

training volleyball players.

The development of agility and agility in the training of volleyball players on a global scale is a

key part of the training of athletes both physically and mentally. The use of advanced

technologies and special training methodologies will significantly improve the results of

volleyball players.

It is important that Uzbekistan trains volleyball players at a high level by using international

experiences and developing national methods.
