INTRODUCTION
The current era is a time when ideological contradictions in the world have become more
complex, and ideological polygons are becoming stronger than nuclear polygons. Universal
processes associated with globalization, the acceleration and intensification of the flow of
information, and universal technologies are accelerating in the world. In such conditions, there
are political forces and movements that seek to expand their sphere of influence through
ideological means.
METHODS
These include the ideologies of aggressive nationalism and chauvinism, neo-fascism and
fundamentalism, racism and religious extremism. As a result, the struggle for the hearts and
minds of people is intensifying in the world.
In general, all research scientists emphasize that global changes have an impact on cultural
identities, especially on the upbringing of the growing younger generation, their consciousness
and ideology. The brain of the young generation is like a blank sheet of paper on which no
writing has yet been done. Whatever is written on it, whatever is put into it, that is what will be
manifested. However, they have different opinions about the scope of this impact.
RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
It is known that in order to prevent any disease, first of all, the human div develops immunity
against it. In order for us to raise our children in the spirit of love for the Motherland, devotion to
our rich history, and devotion to the sacred religion of our ancestors, we must first strengthen
ideological immunity in their hearts and minds. So that our youth can grow up to be people who
deeply understand national unity and, at the same time, the world, and keep pace with the times.
Then neither the call of ignorant fanatics nor their completely alien ideas can have an impact on
them. Imam Bukhari (810-870), “The nature of a child is Islamic (in this case, “credible”), it is
up to the parents and teacher to fill it with what ideas”. In the process of globalization, the
Internet is a new means of communication. In the process of globalization, people find the source

they want on the Internet. The Internet can unite or divide many people, and in addition, it works
for aggressive purposes, that is, it is a weapon of ideological war, which is called
“cyberterrorism” in science.
In fact, globalization in the information sphere is a process that creates enormous opportunities
for humanity, for communication between people in all regions of the world, for the assimilation
of scientific and cultural wealth.
On a global scale, humanity will have to compromise on some issues. One of these, in our
opinion, is cooperation aimed at controlling pages that foster terrorism on the Internet. It is
interesting that the victims of these web pages are not only young people, but also adults, due to
their incomplete spiritual wealth and tendency to destructive ideas.
To this end, it is advisable to take measures to block and deny access to sites recognized by
experts as terrorist groups and individuals. The UN can play a major role in this. [1]
Undoubtedly, certain work has been done in this direction and certain international documents
have been adopted. However, the time has long come to raise the problem of the spread of the
aforementioned evils in cyberspace to a higher level and to mobilize existing opportunities.
It is necessary to learn to live constantly alert, vigilant and vigilant against ideological threats,
and to pay special attention to the formation of one-sided and false ideas about the cruel games
of complex and dangerous life. For this, it is necessary to further develop in people a healthy
lifestyle, respect for national and universal values, and a sense of confidence in their own
strength and tomorrow. [2]
According to others, globalization poses a great danger not in the economic sphere, but in the
religious sphere, because globalism and information, while secular in nature, are combined with
the propaganda of godlessness. In the view of others, globalization undermines the nation and
national identity. Cultural, including religious values, and lifestyles are also under threat.
For scientists and politicians who are inclined to this approach, the main goal is to preserve
cultural identity. Because currently, the majority of those using the Internet are young people.
And young people are the future of the nation and the state. [3]
It is worth saying that the times demand the development of a program aimed at developing a
healthy worldview of young people towards globalization. It should be clear to all of us that
where negligence and indifference prevail, spirituality becomes the weakest and most vulnerable
point, and vice versa, where vigilance and enthusiasm prevail, spirituality becomes a powerful
force. [4]
Especially today, it is of great importance to timely perceive and understand the true essence and
goals of the far-sighted policies pursued by various political forces in the international arena to
achieve their national and strategic plans.
The spiritual transformations taking place among them are always intended to be directed
towards a new worldview and ideological processes towards the future of humanity, and serve as
an impetus for the development of current issues in the spiritual life of young people.
The fight against modern extremism and terrorism requires the constant attention of states,
patience and stability in implementing a multifaceted policy aimed at preventing and eliminating
it. States that do not use force in the fight against terrorism, which has taken shape and spread
widely, become weaker, endangering the peace and sustainable development of their people and
countries.
Extremism and terrorism are stages of a single interconnected process that develop one after
another. Therefore, in the current conditions when terrorism has become global, the state must
develop a balanced strategy in the fight against it, taking into account the influence of internal
and external factors.
This strategy for combating extremism and terrorism reflects the goals of ensuring the active
participation of our country in international cooperation programs and in uniting the efforts of
states in the fight against terrorism. The basis of Uzbek foreign policy in this area is active
cooperation with all states that are ready to direct their forces to combat the main threat of our
time.

The broad-based reforms being implemented by the state in political, economic, social and other
spheres today constitute the main content of this struggle strategy. The building of a civil society
based on a market economy, large-scale positive changes in the economy, agriculture, education,
in particular the secondary specialized education system, healthcare, sports and other areas are
components of this strategy, a system of measures that determine the situation in the Central
Asian region and serve to ensure stability and development in the country.
The stability of Uzbekistan, with its strong economy, means the stability of the entire region.
This is a multifaceted and multi-level strategy based on a healthy balance, in which spirituality
and ideological education play a special role. [5]
Among the factors contributing to the emergence and development of extremism, experts single
out the influence of the ideological vacuum and the imbalance manifested in the instability of
value orientations. The ideological vacuum often creates the basis for people to misunderstand
the current situation in society and the social environment, to be filled with unhealthy ideas that
serve to subordinate their will to another person and form aggression in their worldview.
This technology, called "zombification," only has the power to influence in an environment of
poorly formed spirituality, empty will, and unhealthy aspirations.
In this approach, a national idea, spirituality and enlightenment, a properly formed consciousness
based on universal and national values, the restoration of national identity and the enrichment of
independence in content, emerge as the most important system for combating extremism and
terrorism and ensuring the sustainable development of society.
The fact that young people are becoming an active social force has led to their becoming the
main object of various ideological influences and pressures today. This takes into account the
fact that they are a stratum of society that does not yet have sufficient experience, is easily
susceptible to external influences, and at the same time is the most mobile.
In our country, ample conditions have been created for young people to grow up to be
knowledgeable, skilled specialists in various fields, and physically perfect people. It is the duty
of every young person to make full use of these opportunities and to become selfless individuals
for society and the state. For this, they must first of all master secular and professional sciences
in depth, as well as form historically cherished values of the Uzbek people, such as hard
work, the sanctity of the family, kindness to people, loyalty to friends, and patriotism.
Therefore, it is an honorable and responsible duty for our youth to be citizens who firmly defend
the country's sovereignty, territorial integrity, and the right to conduct independent politics, and
to form an ideological shield within themselves against ideas alien to national traditions and the
mentality of our people.
CONCLUSIONS
In conclusion, today, ideological threats take the form of attempts to change the views of a
certain segment of the population, especially young people, in a direction that suits them, and to
instill destructive ideas such as religious extremism and immorality.
In the process of globalization, we must use our national idea wisely to protect young people
from various spiritual threats, and ensure that the reforms being implemented are productive and
beneficial for every member of society. If we create a social environment free from spiritual
threats for young people in the development of society, our tomorrow will be more prosperous,
and our young people will grow up as children of a happy era.
