Abstract

Ushbu maqolada Fluke 438-II quvvat sifati va motor tahlilchisi yordamida elektr tarmog‘ining texnik holati baholandi. Kuchlanish va tok parametrlari, quvvat sifati ko‘rsatkichlari, garmonik buzilishlar, yuklama muvozanati va elektromotorlarning ish holati real sharoitda o‘lchab tahlil qilindi. Olingan natijalar asosida tarmoqdagi energiya samaradorligini oshirish va texnik xizmat ko‘rsatishni rejalashtirish bo‘yicha takliflar berildi.

This article presents an assessment of the technical condition of the electrical network using the Fluke 438-II power quality and motor analyzer. Voltage and current parameters, power quality indicators, harmonic distortions, load balance, and the operational state of electric motors were measured and analyzed under real operating conditions. Based on the obtained results, recommendations were made to improve energy efficiency and plan preventive maintenance of the network.

Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada Fluke 438-II quvvat sifati va motor tahlilchisi

yordamida elektr tarmog‘ining texnik holati baholandi. Kuchlanish va tok

parametrlari, quvvat sifati ko‘rsatkichlari, garmonik buzilishlar, yuklama

muvozanati va elektromotorlarning ish holati real sharoitda o‘lchab tahlil qilindi.

Olingan natijalar asosida tarmoqdagi energiya samaradorligini oshirish va texnik

xizmat ko‘rsatishni rejalashtirish bo‘yicha takliflar berildi.

Annotation: This article presents an assessment of the technical condition of

the electrical network using the Fluke 438-II power quality and motor analyzer.

Voltage and current parameters, power quality indicators, harmonic distortions, load

balance, and the operational state of electric motors were measured and analyzed

under real operating conditions. Based on the obtained results, recommendations

were made to improve energy efficiency and plan preventive maintenance of the

network.

1. Kirish

Bugungi kunda elektr tarmoqlarida energiya samaradorligini oshirish va

uskunalarning ishonchli ishlashini ta’minlash ustuvor vazifalardan biridir. Quvvat

sifati buzilishlari, ayniqsa kuchlanish dipslari, garmoniklar, tok muvozanatsizligi va

elektromotorlarning isrofgarchiligi, tarmoqda samaradorlikni pasaytiradi. Ushbu

muammolarni aniqlash va oldini olishda zamonaviy diagnostika vositalari, jumladan

Fluke 438-II

quvvat va motor tahlilchisi muhim ahamiyatga ega.

Ushbu qurilma elektr tarmoqlarida quyidagi parametrlarni real vaqt rejimida

o‘lchaydi:

Kuchlanish: fazaviy, fazalararo, balandlik, simmetriya

Tok: o‘rtacha, cho‘qqi, inrush, muvozanatsizlik

Quvvat: aktiv (kW), reaktiv (kVAR), to‘liq (kVA)

Quvvat omili: PF va cosφ

Garmoniklar: kuchlanish va tok bo‘yicha 50-garmonikgacha

Elektromotor parametrlari: moment, aylanish tezligi, mexanik quvvat,

FIK (foydali ish koeffitsienti)

2.2. O‘lchash tartibi

Tadqiqot past kuchlanishli, uch fazali sanoat taqsimlash panelida olib borildi.

O‘lchov quyidagi ketma-ketlikda bajarildi:

1.

Kuchlanish zondlari va tok qisqichlari ulangan

2.

Tizim 3-faza 4-simli deb belgilandi

3.

O‘lchash vaqti: 1 soat, 1 soniyalik intervalda

4.

Quyidagilar yozib olindi: kuchlanishning barqarorligi, yuklama tok,

THD, PF, motorlar FIK’i va muvozanati

3. Natijalar va tahlil

3.1. Quvvat sifati ko‘rsatkichlari

Kuchlanish simmetriyasi

qabul qilinadigan 1.5% chegarada bo‘ldi,

biroq motorlar ishga tushganda qisqa muddatli dipslar kuzatildi.

Garmoniklar:

kuchlanish THD ~6.2%, tok THD esa 15% dan yuqori

bo‘ldi – bu inverter va impulsli yuklamalarga bog‘liq.

Quvvat omili

(PF) 0.78–0.95 oralig‘ida o‘zgarib turgan, bu reaktiv

yuklamalarning o‘zgaruvchanligini bildiradi.

3.2. Garmonik tahlil

Tarmoqda eng yuqori amplitudali 5- va 7-garmoniklar aniqlangan. Ular

transformator isroflarini oshirib, kompensatsiya tizimlariga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi.

4. Xulosa

Fluke 438-II qurilmasi elektr tizimlari va motorlar diagnostikasi uchun

samarali vosita bo‘lib, quvvat sifati va mexanik ko‘rsatkichlarni uzluksiz ishlab

turgan holatda tahlil qilish imkonini beradi. O‘rganilgan holatlarda tarmoqdagi

THD’ning yuqoriligi, reaktiv yuklama o‘zgarishlari va motor samaradorligining

pasayganligi aniqlanib, ularni bartaraf etish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar ishlab chiqildi.

Diagnostikani muntazam olib borish energiya samaradorligini oshirishga,

ekspluatatsion xarajatlarni kamaytirishga va avariyaviy holatlarning oldini olishga

xizmat qiladi.
