Abstract

Mazkur maqolada quvvat transformatorlarida yuzaga keluvchi asosiy yo‘qotishlar (isroflar) tahlil qilinadi. Isroflarning turlari, ularni aniqlash metodlari va bartaraf etish texnologiyalari IMRAD strukturasi asosida yoritilgan. Uzoq muddatli ekspluatatsiya jarayonida samaradorlikni saqlab qolish va energiyani tejashga qaratilgan amaliy yondashuvlar bayon etiladi.

This article analyzes the main losses occurring in power transformers. The types of losses, methods for their detection, and technologies for their elimination are presented based on the IMRAD structure. Practical approaches aimed at maintaining efficiency and ensuring energy savings during long-term operation are discussed in detail.

Annotatsiya: Mazkur maqolada quvvat transformatorlarida yuzaga keluvchi

asosiy yo‘qotishlar (isroflar) tahlil qilinadi. Isroflarning turlari, ularni aniqlash

metodlari va bartaraf etish texnologiyalari IMRAD strukturasi asosida yoritilgan.

Uzoq muddatli ekspluatatsiya jarayonida samaradorlikni saqlab qolish va energiyani

tejashga qaratilgan amaliy yondashuvlar bayon etiladi.

Kalit so‘zlar: transformator, isroflar, Magnit o’zak yo‘qotishlari, mis

yo‘qotishlari, diagnostika, samaradorlik.

Abstract: This article analyzes the main losses occurring in power

transformers. The types of losses, methods for their detection, and technologies for

their elimination are presented based on the IMRAD structure. Practical approaches

aimed at maintaining efficiency and ensuring energy savings during long-term

operation are discussed in detail.

Introduction

Transformatorlar elektr energiyasi uzatish va taqsimlash tizimlarining

ajralmas qismi bo‘lib, ularning ishi davomida turli xil quvvat isroflari yuzaga keladi.

Bu isroflar elektr energiyaning tarmoqqa foydasiz yo‘qolishiga olib keladi. Xususan,

yuqori kuchlanishli transformatorlarda samaradorlik 98–99% bo‘lishiga qaramay,

yuzlab transformatorlar miqyosida bu yo‘qotishlar katta energiya va iqtisodiy zarar

keltiradi. Shuning uchun isroflarni aniqlash, baholash va ularni minimallashtirish

transformatorlarni loyihalash, ekspluatatsiya va texnik xizmat ko‘rsatishdagi muhim

vazifalardan biridir.

Ushbu tadqiqotda transformatorlardagi isroflar quyidagi toifalarda tahlil

qilindi:

2.1. Isroflar turlari:

Magnit o’zak yo‘qotishlari (P

o’zak

)

– doimiy ravishda, yuklamasiz

holatda yuzaga keladigan yo‘qotishlar.

Mis yo‘qotishlari (P

mis

– tok oqimi natijasida o‘ramlarda yuzaga

keladigan I²R yo‘qotishlar.

Qo‘shimcha yo‘qotishlar

– garmonikalar, silkinishlar va sirt oqimlari

natijasida yuzaga keladi.

2.2. Aniqlash usullari:

Laborator o‘lchovlar

: yuklamali va yuklamasiz rejimda quvvat

o‘lchovlari

Termografik tahlil

: qizib ketgan qismlarni aniqlash.

Garmonik tahlil

: THD (umumiy garmonika darajasi) yordamida

o‘ramlar zo‘riqishini aniqlash.

SCADA/Nazorat tizimlari

: uzoq muddatli monitoring asosida.

Discussion

Olingan natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, yuklamasiz isroflar doimiy xarakterga

ega bo‘lib, ayniqsa tarmoqqa ulangan, biroq yuklanmagan transformatorlar uchun

katta yo‘qotish manbaidir. Yuklama isroflari esa transformatorning ish faoliyatiga

bog‘liq holda ortadi. Garmonikalar va termik zo‘riqishlar esa qo‘shimcha energiya

sarflanishi va izolyatsiya eskirishini keltirib chiqaradi.

Isroflarni kamaytirish uchun quyidagi chora-tadbirlar tavsiya etiladi:

Magnit o’zak materiallarini yaxshilash

:

silitsiy

qotishmali

elektrotexnik po‘latdan foydalanish.

Transformatorni optimal yuklash

: ortiqcha yuk yoki kam yuk ostida

ishlashdan saqlanish.

Aktiv sovutish tizimlari

: ventilyator va moy aylantirish orqali isroflarni

kamaytirish.

Garmonik filtrlardan foydalanish

Davriy texnik xizmat va termografik monitoring

5. Xulosa

Transformatorlardagi energiya isroflarini aniqlash va bartaraf etish bo‘yicha

tizimli yondashuv samaradorlikni oshirish va energiya resurslarini tejashda muhim

omildir. Ilg‘or monitoring texnologiyalari va zamonaviy materiallardan foydalanish

orqali energiya samaradorligini sezilarli darajada oshirish mumkin.
