MEHNATNI MUHOFAZA QILISH XIZMATLARIDA STANDARTLAR,TAMOYILLAR VA YONDASHUVLAR

Ushbu maqolada mehnatni muhofaza qilish xizmatlarining asosiy vazifalari, xalqaro va milliy standartlarga asoslangan tartibga solish mexanizmlari, xavfsiz mehnat sharoitlarini yaratishdagi tamoyillar hamda samarali yondashuvlar yoritilgan. Xususan, mehnat xavfsizligini ta’minlashda tizimli boshqaruv, tavakkalchilikni baholash, profilaktik chora-tadbirlar ko‘rish va xodimlarning kasbiy salomatligini nazorat qilish kabi jihatlar muhim o‘rin tutadi. Maqolada zamonaviy yondashuvlar, ISO 45001 standartlari, shuningdek, mehnat muhofazasi xizmatlarining ichki korxona tuzilmasidagi o‘rni tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot mehnatni muhofaza qilishda samaradorlikni oshirishga qaratilgan ilg‘or tajribalarni o‘rganishga asoslangan.
